Name: Eximer Hyuuga
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Height: 5 ft. 11 in.
Weight: 160 lb.
Appearance: Eximer, in a way, is a fair amount of eye candy. His face is usually clean shaven, but will grow out slightly every now and then, never more than a light stubble. His skin tone, while pale, isn't ghastly, and his bone structure shows that he's come from a good line of genetics. His clothing varies from day to day, but his is often found in a hooded, white cloak. Under the cloak is often a simple pair of pants, and a T-shirt of some sort. Also beneath, are three bottles, each one liter's worth, placed in a satchel at the small of his back.
Race: Caucasian
Hair: His black hair is usually kept short, no more than two or three inches, and spiked upward, and outward, hanging above his forehead.
Eyes: As with any Hyuuga, his eyes are solid white, and lacking pupils.
Body: His body, while not overly muscular, has an immense amount of shape to it. It almost looks like the powers that be took an exquisite sculpture of the male anatomy, and created Eximer from it.
Ethnicity: Fire Country
Rank: E-Rank
Reputation: 0
Village: Konoha (Left)
Fame: 0
Title: E-Rank Missing Nin
Bloodline: Hyuuga (Branch Family)
Main/Favored Weapon: Bare hands.
Element: No Element
Fighting Type/Style: Taijutsu Specialist
Starting Inventory:Three bottles, each containing a different alcoholic beverage.
Personality: Eximer is a rebel, in every fiber of his being. He's been known to, on many, many occasions, to do something he's been told not to, just because he was told not to. It usually doesn't matter if it's a bad idea. One such occasion introduced him to alcohol, something he is found with quite often. Along with his rebellious attitude, he is quite arrogant, and thinks himself to be much better then those around himself. Sometimes his own cockiness can come off as narcissism. He is very blunt, in most of the things he says, and doesn't have a very good self censor. If anyone tells him that he can't do something, they usually find themselves on the receiving end of a fist, or at least in the audience of a rather foolish act. He absolutely can not stand being told what he can and can't do. In short, Eximer is an ass. But that's not to say he doesn't know how to have fun.
He actually has a great sense of humor, and knows when something is funny... Usually. There are times when he laughs with rather ill timing, most often during combat. Though, he is able to do so, because he removes himself from the situation. He does not quite understand what it means to die, and does not fear it. When fighting, he is a berserker, constantly focused on the offensive side of things, and never letting up, unless, of course, he's laughing at the opponent's misfortune.
If someone took the time to get to know him, though, they would see past the layer of ass and happiness. He is quite intelligent, nearly a genius of the highest caliber, a fact that rarely shows itself in practical situations. Eximer is also very passionate about his goal. He wants, one day, to tear down the corrupt systems of society, and destroy injustice. In his eyes, there is a lot that need changing, and he plans on being the catalyst that ignites the flames to those changes. He's tired of running, tired of looking over his shoulders, and sick of having to hide his identity. Eximer is sick of faux freedom. He craves the real thing, and wishes only to spread that desire.

Background: Growing up, Eximer never really knew his parents. He was raised, from the age of three, by a man known as Jotai. The aging man, a close friend to Eximer's father and mother, had a small cottage deep within one of the forests on the edge of the Fire country. He would tell the child stories of his parents, the things they had done, and why they could never be a part of their son's life. Being part of the branch family, they were doomed to servitude of the main, at the mercy of the curse marks upon their heads. This mark allowed for a member of the head family to kill those who bore it, as they saw fit. That was how Jotai explained it. It was to be branded onto the forehead of every branch member at the age of three. Eximer's parents wanted their child to be free of this looming threat, delivering the boy to their friend only a week before he was scheduled to receive a mark of his own. Of course, as a result of their 'mutiny', they were likely killed shortly after.
Years passed. The old man and the boy grew close, as the younger one learned basic survival skills, from hunting, to cooking, to making fire from basic materials. Eximer was seven years old before he was tracked down. A pair of shinobi, hired by the Hyuuga main family, invaded the old man's home, searching for the boy. Eximer witnessed a brutal fight between the three, Jotai and the invaders, one that ended within five minutes, with blood smears on the walls, and two hired hands, broken in half. The old man, whom he regarded as an uncle, at least, was beaten as well, having suffered a blade being brought across his chest, and numerous punches and kicks to vital areas. He told the boy to run, shouting the command through spurts of blood. Eximer obeyed, leaving Jotai behind, leaving the cottage behind. He made for the south, the country of wind, running from what seemed like inevitable death, with more agents of the Hyuuga clan at his heels.
He took refuge in Sunagakure, the boy felt as though he had finally left the horrors of his past outside the city walls. Life was difficult at first, having nowhere to go. He roamed the sandy streets, digging through trashes, and sleeping among vermin. Slowly, he was beginning to understand his situation, beginning to despise those who put him into it. The Hyuuga, for being the catalyst, the Hokage, for allowing such an atrocity to happen, his parents, for not accepting fate, and placing him at the point of the spear, hatred was slowly starting to well up in his chest for each and every one of them. Many nights, Eximer sobbed himself to sleep, lying on a bed of wet sand at the end of an alleyway. Something needed to change. And if the world refused to do so, then he would force it to, he decided.
Three years had come and gone while Eximer was hiding in the village of sand. He'd established himself among the street dwellers, all four of them, excluding himself. Of course, being the oldest, at ten years of age, he was far superior, and much more suited to be leader. Taking charge of two nine year olds, one eight year old, and a six year old, he established a small club known a the Black Revolution. The children didn't do a whole lot of damage, merely stealing what food they needed to survive, and pulling harmless pranks here and there. The authorities knew that they were there, but determined them to be of little threat, and even looking the other way from time to time. That wasn't to say that they didn't scold the Black Revolution, though. They merely allowed them a few innocent victories. However, not everything could remain fun and games forever. When the Kazekage learned that Eximer was an escaped Hyuuga, he ordered that the boy be removed from his village. He didn't want to bring the families agents down upon himself, just to protect one child who decided to be disobedient. Thus, the child would spend his days in the outlying villages in the country of wind.
As fate would have it, more Hyuuga agents had indeed come for him. They asked for the escapee at the best possible location they could think of: Sunagakure. Of course, they were told that he was removed from the village. The agents were redirected to a smaller settlement, not a half day's travel away. That's exactly where they found the boy, staying in an abandoned barn, sleeping in one of the stables. It seemed that the boy wasn't very good a making allies, as the villagers were all quite accommodating to the Hyuuga's men. Cornered, Eximer had only a rake for defense, a weapon that wouldn't do much against the company of four. This time, it seemed, they had come prepared for the worst. They included a pair of long range specialists, mainly for tracking expertise, and to block off the exists, a heavy Taijutsu user, whose size was at least twice that of an average adult male, all of it muscle, and the leader, who seemed to be the brains of the unit. Tero, as the man was referred to, had an iron claw strapped to one hand, and a cigarette in the other. The things he said, the words he used, they were vulgar. Apparently, orders were to bring the child, Eximer, back to Konoha, dead.
There was no possible escape for him, not when all he held before himself was a wooden tool, meant for cleaning. But he was not alone in the barn. Someone had been watching over him. A white blur descended from the rafters, bouncing off of the Taijutsu behemoth, and leaving a headless body to hit the ground with a thud as it landed in front of the rake wielding boy. Before him, stood what might be mistaken as an angel. The tall stature, the elegant, white cloak, the hood of which covered the face of the mysterious savior. Tero attacked, and found his claw removed, along with the arm it was attached to, landing in the chest of one of the long range supports, who had been knocking an arrow along a bow. The one armed agent didn't let that slow him down, continuing the assault with a fist. The act only landed him on the end of a katana, sliding down the bloodied blade. Witnessing his company being slaughtered, the remaining agent, the second long range master, ran for the hills. Turning to the awe stricken Eximer, the angel let the man go. It had been Jotai. The old man had lived, and had been watching over him since his expulsion from Sunagakure. Though, it seemed that the injury in the man's chest was still haunting him, as he promptly coughed up blood, and collapsed into the stable.
Two days later, the two were on the road again. This time, they left the land of wind, heading north, toward Iwagakure. Jotai informed the boy that he had a friend there that they could stay with. By the time they arrived, Eximer was twelve, and well versed in basic hand to hand combat. The old guardian made sure that he would never be in such a defenseless position again. The trip had taken an extended amount of time, due to Jotai's condition, and having to rest for weeks at a time. Those very weeks, while the old man was recovering, the child used to train himself, using dummies made of grass, if they were in the wild. Though, if they were taking refuge in a wayside village, he often found himself picking a fight with another child who thought it best to insult him. It seemed that many children looked down upon him as some sort of rat, a filthy vermin who would be at home among the trash. Though, with his lackluster appearance, it was an understandable mistake. His clothes were a bit small, filled with holes, stained everywhere, and his face was dirty more often than not. Eventually, the insults pushed his thieving tendencies further, leading the boy to take more than just food, and what he needed to survive. Now, he was taking clothes, money, just about anything he could get his hands on. Of course, Jotai scolded him every time, but it never changed anything.
Finally within the walls of Iwagakure, the old man introduced Eximer to his younger brother, Taiyo, an Iwa Jounin. He had a large house, made just for the occasion that Jotai decided to come for a visit. The place had three spare bedrooms, so the three of them had ample space, without having to worry about disturbing the others. This house provided refuge for Eximer for another two years, before the Hyuuga heads tracked their escapee down again. They were ready for the attack, this time, though. While they stayed in Iwa, Eximer was trained even more than when he and Jotai were in transit. Taiyo was an expert with a chained sickle, and thought to teach the young teen how to use one as well. Unfortunately, Eximer didn't have much time to learn, and never completed the training. Even so, when the two Hyuuga agents knocked on the door, a very unevenly sided brawl broke out.
The fight lasted a grand total of five minutes, both of the Hyuuga heads' hired goons limping away as best they could when one was missing a leg, dragging the other behind himself. Eximer didn't have much to do with the actual fighting, though, as he couldn't quite measure up to Jounin level. So, the majority of the damage was done by the elder brothers. Even though Jotai didn't take any damage from the enemy, this was still to be his last fight. He had exerted himself too far, and the old injury in his chest reopened. The old man bled out internally, losing his life only two days later, in an Iwagakure hospital bed. Not wanting to be a burden on Taiyo, Eximer thought it best if he left. Jotai's brother claimed that it wouldn't be a burden at all, but that didn't change the youth's mind. But, he wanted to help out in some way. Eventually, Eximer accepted that help, in the form of a large amount of money, which would hopefully carry him to where he was going. Taking the gift, and donning his guardian's white cloak, which was a few sizes too large at the time, he left Iwa behind, on the run from the Hyuuga again. This time, however, there wasn't anyone to die in his place.
Eximer spent a number of years in the outlying countries, small ones that bordered the earth country. He made the most of his time, sharpening his skills, and making a small name for himself... Wherever he happened to be that week. The teen never stayed in one place for too long, as usually the name he generated wasn't a very heroic one. Having reverted back to old habits of thievery usually had that effect. Not only was he stealing, but he was loud, and boisterous. He dared anyone who looked at him funny, to 'try and do something about it'. What exactly they were to do something about, was a mystery. Needless to say, Eximer was letting his past victories, the ones he didn't much contribute to, go to his head. Eventually, the stories twisted, and he became the focal point of him. He was the one who defeated the Hyuuga sent mercenaries, the one who lopped limbs off of Jounins with a rake. Indeed, he was a force to be reckoned with, provided one believed his bogus truth expounding.
The youth happened to be followed by a wake of bad ideas wherever he went, it seemed. Once, just one day after his seventeenth birthday, in Kusagakure, a friend, or someone who came as close as he could have to a friend, invited him out for a drink. Of course, being under the age limit, he was rejected at the door, told that he was not allowed to enter, let alone drink. This wasn't something he wanted to hear. Incapacitating the man who turned him away, via a surprise, upward palm to the nose, he waltzed in, just to defy what he'd been told. Making his way to the bar, he ordered. When asked for an ID, the young man threw a tantrum, grabbing a bottle from behind the bar, and proceeded to throw it down his throat. Unfortunately, he'd chosen a particularly strong drink, one that knocked him on his ass in under five minutes. Of course, it didn't help that his body hadn't been conditioned for too much alcohol consumption. With a quarter of the bottle gone, Eximer proceeded to pass out, sprawling across the establishment's floor. Needless to say, he was thrown out, and left to sleep in the dumpster. In the process, his money was stripped from him.
When he awoke, he had a bad idea. It may have been spite, or maybe the pain in his head, but he had decided to wait until the placed closed down, and break in. Roughly two hours before dawn broke over the horizon, he had his chance, as the owner left, and locked up. Crawling from his bed of trash, he made his way to the back door. Using his sickle do break down the wooden obstacle, he didn't much care about making this a stealth mission. Finally making his way in, Eximer proceeded directly for the bar. He found a bag on one of the cabinets, all of which needed to be persuaded to open, and placed three brand new, full bottles of... Whatever was in them, inside of it. Lady Luck was smiling on him that night as well, as he found a rather large stash of money in addition to his pilfered alcohol. It was enough to sustain him for three years, if used sparingly. Not bothering to clean up, he left the place, fleeing from the village that same night.
For the next year, until he turned eighteen, Eximer resided in a very small village on the outskirts of the sound country. It was closer to Konohagakure than he would have preferred, but it seemed that fate had a reason for him being there. Of course, the Hyuuga were still searching for him. They really wanted him dead, apparently. They came knocking on the door of the house he'd been renting, and opened the door for them. Almost instantly, they attacked, and he countered. He may not have been up to par, when fighting Jounins, but he had one thing the upper hand, having known they were coming. Still, it wasn't long before he was outclassed, and cornered within his own residency. This time, Jotai wasn't around to save him. Taiyo was countries away, and knew nothing of the event. It looked like his time was finally up. They had him this time. If only...
The two hired hands suddenly found kunai in their backs, and fell over, unable to move. A pale man, with long black hair stepped into the rented house, pale white eyes landing upon the renegade Hyuuga. There was a mark upon his forehead, which looked like a black tattoo, in the form of a reverse swastika. It was the curse mark that Eximer had avoided being branded with for so long. That meant, that this man was of the Hyuuga as well, a branch family member. The man's pale eyes began welling up with tears, and one word came from his lips: Son. It was Eximer's father, escaped from Konohagakure to search for the boy. The young man inquired about his mother, only to learn that she was executed not long after Jotai had taken him in. Apparently, his father was kept around for questioning, and escaped over ten years ago, and had been trailing ever since. It was a touching reunion, but not one that lasted very long, as Eximer's father suddenly dropped to his knees, clutching his head.
Another Hyuuga entered the scene, and this one was lacking a mark. They head family finally decided to stop sending lackeys, and take care of the boy themselves. With a snap of the man's fingers, Eximer's father stopped suffering, and fell over, presumed dead. He then proceeded to go on about betrayal, and duty, and other things that only made the young man more enraged with him. He lunged at the main family member, his attack reversed, and landing on his back, it was a futile effort. But the father came to the rescue one last time, wrapping his arms around the head member's neck, and pulling him away from the boy. One minute passed, before the man finished killing the branch member. But, that was all the time Eximer needed to escape, not an easy thing for him to do, but he knew it was his father's plan. He was gone now, on the run once more.
One more year had passed. Now nineteen, he finally knew his purpose. He took a vow to bring corrupt systems of government to their knees, and ensure that injustice becomes only a memory. The people he'd met along his years, his family, Jotai, they would not have died in vain. It was time to stop running, and start fighting back. Though, he could not make revenge his first target. That would require an immense amount more strength than he had at the time. Instead, he would start small, using the eventual extinguishing of the Hyuuga ways as a flame of inspiration in his art form of Anarchy. Despite the personal revolution, however, he still has not changed. Perhaps the only thing that he does differently, is trying to live legitimately, without reverting to stealing. But, as they say, old habits die hard. _________________ The self proclaimed Harbinger of Change.

Not bad, but the problem is, that Konoha is closed, and Hyuuga is a Konoha bloodline, and that means that Hyuuga is closed for now, sad though, being that this is such a great profile. _________________

I knew that Konoha was closed, therefore, I made him a Missing-Nin. I made the background so that he was never even a part of Konoha, so he technically wouldn't have ever been registered there.
As far as the weapon goes, it was approved, if memory serves. And I can remove the element, seeing as he probably won't be getting much use of it anyway. _________________ The self proclaimed Harbinger of Change.
