Sighing as he knew it was futile to argue against Nesuki, or even try to reason. "Looks like it was never meant to be. Nesuki tell me, what will be the point of killing me? To gain strength? To gain respect? To gain the knowledge that people know who you are? Will if you kill me, what's the point of it if you get the opposite of what you want?" He said bluntly as it was true in many ways, but it might not be true in this case. All Xenpai could do is wait and focus on trying to get free. Breathing in, he remembered all that training he did the days before, the week before, and even a month ago. "Kill me if you want, I will still live... As long as my name is known by one person, I will stay alive. No matter the cost... a broken arm... a broken leg.... It doesn't matter any more. You can't get it through your thick head that fighting each other right now is the WORSE thing we can do. If we weaken each other we both leave ourselves open to the arena to finish us!" He shouted at Nesuki. There was something at the back of Xenpai's head that was starting to take control. It was nothing special, it was just faith, hope, and willpower.
With that Xenpai found some new strength, A weapon doesn't make a shinobi, a shinobi makes the weapon. Xenpai thought as he gritted his teeth as he didn't try to move around. Instead he would try to stretch out his arms with all his strength for the upper part of his body. As for his legs, Xenpai would simply try to stretch them out as well. His plan was to ge free, but that wasn't all. With stretching out his arms, he would be able to do a handstand if he broke free and use his legs to grab or kick Nesuki's neck. Unfortunately that is only if he succeeds in breaking free from Nesuki's well preserved body. "Power, Strength, Intelligence, All of these attributes describe a great shinobi, but as far as I can see, you lack majorly in one of those, and the others could use work. You are good... but I can be better!" He exclaimed as he pumped more force into his arms and legs to break free from the grip from the body that held him in place.
"I ain't letting something like this bring me down... EVER!" He screamed as he remembered what he had been training for. Everything, from his brother, his sister, his friends, and still... his enemies, Xenpai had been through a lot in the past month, and he knew that as a fact. "One step back, will be one problem that I can't over come. Then I try again, but I only go farther back. You don't get what I am saying though. Whenever you have a problem and back down. It only comes back harder than before. If you can't do it now, you can't do it at all. At your prime is where and when you can do what you can. For some people. They are born strong, others have to train for extending periods, harder than a minute ago. Nothing is worse than a pathetic person like you. Fighting to be known, if that's your case, it's idiotic. I am fighting for my village, for my family, for my friends! So what you are fighting for?!" Xenpai screamed as loud as he could as he continued to try to break free from the trap.
With that said, Xenpai's mind began to show him images of his brother. Failing, falling, succeeding, following, leading, and lastly, gasping with all his might. I will become better than Zarek. I am sure as hell! No one will stop me from reaching my goal, NOTHING! He screamed in his head as he still tried, though it was probably stupid to try. Xenpai continued though his mind and heart argued. "The heat is hell... the beings on top are just as worse, the lava below makes the time go by, as we find nothing to fight for anymore. You can't take my strength by throwing my weapon away. The only thing you did is piss, me, off!" He shouted once more, though he was getting exhausted really fast, he knew he had to keep going. If there was a chance to get free, to fly away, to win this match, Xenpai was going to do it at his own cost. "Being a shinobi means you are willing to put your life on the line for your --" Xenpai heard this but he didn't hear, or should you say, couldn't hear the last word. Fear was clouding him, as though he wasn't calm nor aggressive. Xenpai was actually calm right now though he was shouting at the top of his lungs.
Any sane person would've given up and be glad that they were outside of this forsaken arena. To Xenpai, giving up wasn't an option. Winning, dying, crying, anything was better than giving up to Xenpai. Huddling in the corner and letting fear, fear of losing, fear of dying, and fear of giving up, controlling your life is a waste of time, and with that Xenpai found strength inside of him to use against Nesuki. This time, in Xenpai's mind, Nesuki was the one that is going to be asking for freedom, for life, for help. Knowing that it was still stupid, Xenpai still tried to break out of the trap that he feel for. If he succeed, Xenpai would try to grab Nesuki's neck with his legs and feet, or at least try to hit his chest or neck. Either one of those would be favorable in Xenpai's situation. _________________

Nesuki could not believe the fact that this kid was still in the match holding on with a willpower that was better than anyone else he had met. Was he really going to have to turn the inside of his body into shreds of paper? Now look at him, steady calling the boy a kid when he looked to be of the same age group. Nesuki was steadily maturing before his time, but it did not make much of a difference since his psyche still had the same way of thinking in situations no matter if they were coming from a happy go lucky boy’s thoughts or an intelligent mind filled life and what was set out in the open to be nabbed. With his one leg submission engaged on his opponent, and his corpse still embracing Xenpai in a body grapple, Nesuki needed to finish of his job and shut up the confused speaking of words that constantly escaped the boy’s mouth.
How could this boy speak so much about life and what is right and what was wrong, while also contradicting himself with every word he spoke of as he continued to ramble on for more than what was allowed. He could not have expected someone to actually listen to his want to build hype, while it did not even carry a message other than, “I am desperate and ready to be killed.” He started off by whimpering like a dieing man. It was a respectable way to die and for once Nesuki felt sincerity in his voice as he asked about his ambitions. It was a usual chant pronounced by people about to die to ask their killer about their reasons for doing their actions. Nesuki could never see himself doing it that way, but since he had seen it happened so many times before by legends on the battlefield that he thought it might have been a mandatory, appropriate way to die. He simply kept his locks across the boy’s body in place because he knew he was not done speaking.
It would have been too good to be true for Xenpai out of Kumogakure to be done talking because he talked more in this fight than he actually fought. Just as predictable as Xenpai had been acting for the entire fight, he followed Nesuki’s guess and spoke more like a programmed clone meant to bore and annoy someone, but who would Nesuki had been to spare a dieing warrior his last words. Not to mention he was still moving a lot and it was up to the kirigakure ninja to disable him. He had plenty of fight trying to muster within him so Nesuki allowed it to go on as far as it would be needed. He looked down onto the spectacle before him and continued to watch spirits attempt to be raised through Xenpai serving as his own inspiration, or thoughts that ran through his head in an unlucky position. Now he spoke about how much he would be known after he was dead.
The small reminisce of the Shinigami that resided within Nesuki had him just look down into the soul of Xenpai through his eyes as he thought while listening, “Okay, so why are you struggling about it Xenpai. You speak of how you are ready to be dead and how you will be remembered, yet your body speaks a different language than your mouth. Come on and wake up. Wake Up.” His mind went into comlete thought mode. Pressure built in Nesuki’s coils while his chakra stayed steadily generated. His technique must have missed the vital organs he missed from his first swipe because the boy was not dieing off quick enough, but Nesuki would wait a little longer because in some instances it took time for the aftermath to be witnessed fully. Now the boy had to endure more mockery provided by Xenpai while still keeping his cool. He spoke of how Nesuki had no qualities of being a shinobi, and his words may have been true because he was actually thinking about pity to be bestowed upon Xenpai as he was willing to defeat him and heal him once announced as a winner.
After his harsh spoken words, Nesuki was ready to mutilate his body and continue his life. If he was to question Nesuki’s right to be called a shinobi, he should have been questioning his present sympathy. All of the qualities that he ridiculed were shown in this match to be better than his, so what did that make him if his superior was not even a shinobi. Did his own scorning mean that he was nothing? The medic kept his cool even more. While steadily listening he knew he did not have much more time left with his corpse so he started signaling it to loosen its grasp with a change in chakra. With that moment he decided to grant Xenpai leeway in his want to be loose. He built much anticipation to want strength, and this was to make him feel like he was actually forcing the arms open through his own will. Then another subject was spoken through the lips of Xenpai and Nesuki knew that he was building for a grand finale because his voice was starting to rise.
Slowly but surely, he was taking the excitement out of the match and the crowd was probably starting to walk away from watching this fight to go look onto another. They had started off great, but now it turned into a reality show with Xenpai expressing his feelings while not even realizing it. Over the course of seconds he was ranting about giving in and knowing the end was here, but like a maniac he changed his words to wanting to go on and how nothing was going to stop him from succeeding. All the Kirigakure ninja could do now was hope that was what he wanted his last memory to be. A thought of him being almost heroic, but being a hero to his own goals that had not and could not be accomplished because they were so unreal. He hoped to overcome something more than man, but a thing. It was not clearly described so Nesuki assumed it had to do with him winning against life.
Just like that an explosion of words was to be released along with an outflow of strength as the boy’s entire body tried to go erect. Upon his left shoulder Nesuki could feel the boy’s leg attempt to go straight. It indeed went straight at the knee joint, but his hip was not coming down because he did not have the strength to go from a still position and come down on someone else’s body with enough force to break through the bones that were compiled in his way. Nesuki looked down as his arms stayed locked while his hand began to glow even brighter in aura to show that his weapon of choice created through his own chakra was riper than it would ever be at this stage and ready to impenetrate whatever obstacle that came before it with an internal property. In the same moment he noticed the arms of Xenpai starting to break the lock around his arms, and from what Nesuki was watching and knew about his technique he was breaking it without him placing anymore leeway for him to have.
If he wanted to be free so badly, it was only reasonable for Nesuki to give him his wish as he screamed in expectancy, “NOW!” From there his corpse released his grasp without having his arms broken off or strained any further. With the release, the Well Preserved Corpse’s arms went down as Xenpai’s arms fanned out like he was swimming butterfly style. Usually it would not have happened like this, but the boy focused so much energy into a isolated spot that when it was willingly opened, it just had to open wide before any other move could be made. At this point Nesuki saw the best image he would ever see and he wanted to preserve it. With another signal of his chakra, his corpse brought his arms upward and placed a better lock onto Xenpai by forming his arms into a full nelson position and locking his hands into place behind his neck for the remainder of the time that it was applicable for movement under the influence of Shikon. Then the free leg of Xenpai tried to rise, but it would be too late for now this bout was on the verge of being over. With his corpse in place to restrict him from making any movement, Nesuki could see a full chest cavity before him with a futile leg about to be disabled.
Nesuki thrust his right hand down to the left hip of Xenpai, which was the side of where his leg was attempting to rise. He aimed lightly lower than the hip bone to hit the muscles that would make the leg on that side capable of moving. Once his hit was connected, he was going to slice diagonally from his impact spot to rise all the way up to the boy’s right shoulder while invisibly cutting everything along the lines of his strike. His hit ranged from hitting intestines, the stomach, cutting meat in ribs, slashing the lungs, and even scraping the heart all in a single slide of the boy’s body. In melee combat, an ijutsuist was and would always be more dangerous than a taijutsu user. The strikes were much more devastating internally than a blunt force could ever do.

OOC: This is so much easier to do when your opponent talk too much and you are in melee combat with a medical ninja against a unarmed opponent.
I am just having my well preserved body incorporate another hold by allowing Xenpai to break the first one, then strike his body with a diagnol strike from his hip to his shoulder and slashing anything along that line internally.

Before the blow can land a tall beautiful woman appeared and stopped the brunt of the attack with her high heel steel boots to his arm. She then slammed her foot to the ground with the boy's arm in her heel. She looked at the boy and held up a hand and a blast of lightning appeared. She gave the boy before her a grave look and then pulled him up with one hand and grabbed his neck with a hold bound to break even the hardest Metals. "If you wish to die, please continue this attack. I beg of you. In the exams, it is common grounds. No one is to die. You may incapacitate your opponent but if you violate the balance rule, there will be dire Consequences." The woman said as she released he lightning ball and then nodded. He took the boy's left shoulder and snapped it with her hand. She then promptly left to watch the fight from her tower.

Knowing he should shut up, he was ready for anything. Unfortunately for Xenpai, he was free not for a second, when that body of Nesuki's that he had control over grabbed him again, immobilizing him once more. "Sure...." He whispered as he began planing for his great escape from the wicked body, Nesuki used. Breathing in and out, Xenpai noticed that Nesuki was surprised from what he was doing earlier, "There is more of that if you want..." He said bluntly as he realized Nesuki was aiming for his free leg then his right shoulder. Eyes wide opened, Xenpai knew his end was coming. Closing his eyes, Xenpai thought a bit about his family that he was leaving behind once he died.
Being ready for the hit, Xenpai opened his eyes to find himself facing the back of a woman, which came out of no where. Watching what unfolded, Xenpai couldn't believe it. So they don't want killing... better not throw my senbons for vital areas... Xenpai thought as he gulped. Watching the lady grip Nesuki's neck, he wished he could've done that, but as it continued, Xenpai saw that the lady broke his left shoulder. Gulping he wished he could be free right now and he was ready to get back onto the ground. Feeling the heat STILL rising, he knew it was going to be hard to fight in this kind of arena. Though the lady was only here for about 30 seconds, she was fine and dandy yet Xenpai and Nesuki were all exhausted and such. Thankfully since he was immobilized for a while, he had began to regain some chakra which was good for him once he was free.
Sighing he knew he was going to have to rest from all that happened while he was captive, once he was free of course. "Xenpai your one lucky idiot... If you were in a real battle, you would've died for your foolish-ness. But for now you are alive to stay alive as much as you can. Right now you two are even once his jutsu runs out. Though if you stay like this you are gonna be toast. What I am saying, conserve chakra for more powerful attacks. You also should've known that you were going to be needing to be able to transfer chakra from your feet so you can walk on walls and such. So make sure that you learn that once you are out of here." Zarek shouted as he continued to tell and lecture Xenpai in his head. Sighing he agree'd that he would learn them after he was finished here. Knowing that this was going to be over soon.
Coughing, Xenpai couldn't wait to be free. Hopefully his jutsu would run out soon. With all that in time, the lady disappeared, leaving them to their fight. I don't want that to happen so I am going to make sure only to attack to immobilize, not to kill. Wasn't even planning to kill but now to make sure I -don't- even try to. Xenpai thought as he breathed in and out. "You okay Nesuki?" He asked as he was still trapped for now. Truth was he was concerned on both their safety in this arena. If they were in another he would still be blabbering on and on. Knowing and STILL learning, Xenpai was wanting to break free already but his main concern was he didn't get hurt from the arena. "We better finish this quick Nesuki... or else we might have to fight actual elements instead of each other." He murmured loud enough for only Nesuki to hear.
Pouring sweat, Xenpai knew it was almost time to get out of here before it was time for toast. They had been fighting forever it seemed. Time doesn't matter in a fight. What matters is staying alive. When fighting in the elements, concern your main power for escaping if it gets to risky to stay there. Don't use your power against your opponent. If you have to help them, to help yourself. It's how I survived during, Xenpai blocked out Zarek in his thoughts as he was getting annoyed by him now. I wonder if this is how Nesuki is thinking of me when I was going on and on and on and on. Shaking his head, he tried to remember what Zarek said to him earlier, though they were only replays if what happened when he was home.
The hotter it gets the worse it will be for Xenpai. Though he does have light clothing, he isn't one to favor over heat. He does live in a humid area but that is humid, not lava hot. Yawning, as he was getting tired. I am at a sort of advantage with his left shoulder being broken. Yet I am still at a disadvantage since of the time I spent using most of my strength trying to break free from it all. Good thing that lady came or else I would be up for the birds, or possibly the lava if I wasn't buried into the ground. Thankfully I am still alive at this point. If it was a real battle outside of this arena, I would've been able to escape before being captured and all... His last thought for now in this accursed arena. _________________

OOC: I would like to know about this and see the conversation had. I am tired of the secrecy conversations when I am not getting any chance to explain myself fluently to a person that know what they are talking about. I posted to tell what my character saw from Xenpai, and you are actually going to tell me that I spoke of it in a wrong way when Xenpai did all that energy building to break out of my hold. Reading his post it is difficult to even tell whether Xenpai is still in his right mind as he is doing his movment to even tell whether he has knowlege of what he is doing. I mean, he is having memories and soap operas in his head for christ sake.
He is trying to break a hold and out of experience of being in grapples, when I break a hold, my arms always fan out if not for a small amount, so unless he is doing some energy blast to make his body stay still and break the hold, I don't see why my way of describing his breaking loose would not be valid. You can not, I repeat can not break from a real grapple hold and not present some form of space under your arms around the area that my well preserved body decided to grapple him. When breaking a hold you can not scale a person's strength, so the excuse that his arms did not go out is not valid because he would have to use more energy than needed to break the hold. That would go against the laws of movement. Not to mention, my weapon allowed you to break free so it would not be much of a surprise to counter in the way he did. I only stated the obvious.
Rping is all about describing. That was a minor thing that I described and it is not like I said he brought his hands way above his head and pointed down at himself saying grapple me. What I did was small and not neccessary to be placing judgement on. If that is the case look at these things:

I know those are bullshit reasons, but they are possible to make my character be used in a way not intended. If I am surprised through his syaing, that could make me seem unalert and open to an attack from him. By him saying that I was exhausted implied that I was possibly on the verge of not going on. I would be a real bitch if I were to accuse him of shadowplay in these incidents, but just like me he was simply decribing what his character saw of assuming Nesuki to be feeling. Shadow play does not only get proven through physical means people.
Oh and another thing, why was I not struck down by a moderator during my last post on page two and why was he not inflicted with a charge of god-modding? In that post, I posted that I was striking a hit with my scapel across his chest fom the left side to the right side.

By doing that it would have killed him as well, but no one seemed to pick up that major thing I did. My opponent even COMPLETELY neglected to mention it at all in his post. But oh no, I did not cry about it. I concealed the fact that he did it and I acted against it as a gesture of kindness while in my very next post I gave him an excuse that was just aweful.
