Katsuga did you not read what I said mate, I said that am I being offered 2 rank downs and starting from -16 slots on regular A rank slots and taking out all the purchased slots? because if so then it not only doesn't make any sense it makes this whole thing unjustified for one small mistake. I don't see people coming back after 2-4 months and being said to that you can't do this and then an Administrator approving it/denying it then saying that you got -ranks and cleaned out because of an administrative mistake that you were not told about the fighting styles. Yep great.

I see no problem of him keeping at an A-Rank, and keeping all of those Jutsu Slots that he had, considering that he did earn them all.

If the slots where purchased Auto-Jutsu's, then they can't be taken away from him. Simple as that. Someone fucked up and Mist paid real-world money for it.

A reasonable idea would be to ask him to sacrifice a certain number of his slots, to allow him to maintain his SS-Rank.

No. He earned those Jutsu Slots, therefore, they can't be taken away. I'd say, for now, he can stay as A-Rank, and get the max Jutsus for A-Rank, and he can start learning the rest of whatever he wants later.
