mods feel free to take a look and comment, I'm going to be killing off a character soon and I'm trying to get my next genin ready, so please understand that everything that goes into this character such as his pets and jutsus are still underconstruction, thank you.

Personality: He is very prideful, and secure in his abilities. Without realizing it he comes off as extremely cocky but he calls it confident. He has a passion for a nature and loves his 3 dogs. He seldom puts people before himself or his animals. He is a bit of a loner in the eyes of others, but to himself he seems to be very outgoing because of his relationship with his dogs. He has a habit of falling into deep sessions of meditation. He believes himself to be wise but like all humans is ignorant. Comes off as a know it all. Heâ€™s paranoid, and trusts only his dogs. Heâ€™s can be considered a back stabber, because he puts himself and dogs ahead of everyone else to gain a higher position. In other words heâ€™s a very selfish, egotistical person, with â€œoutstanding abilitiesâ€ and has few friends because of it.

Background: . His family was poor and lived just outside of Konohagakure. They were related to the Inuzaka clan but never took part in the whole business of becoming Shinobiâ€™s. Instead they took a safer and more â€œpracticalâ€ way to care for their family. Their first Child was Matthias, who was born around the time Sasiko became the Fifth Hokage. Â They worked in the rice fields and used that money to care for their new born child, and as was tradition in their family they bought him a puppy. This wasnâ€™t to be a weapon but a pet for the boy until he had more siblings and give him someone to protect him when the parents werenâ€™t looking.
At the age of Three Matthias family lost a major amount of their crops and couldnâ€™t pay their taxes to the fire country. Instead of going to jail they moved to the rock country and began farming there. Some how they were able to take a rough rocky area and turn it into one of the most fertile pieces of property in the entire country, with an expanse of 200 acres. It was a small farm compared to several in Konoha but for the small family it required a large amount of work which meant by age 5 Matthias was already doing work on the farm. It wasnâ€™t the hardest yet but he was stuck with caring for the animals and his dog that was now getting old.
His family watched as he developed into a stronger being and grew very close to his pet. They werenâ€™t sure what to do when his friend finally died, but they would deal with that when it came. They did their best to teach him to work hard and love people but they only managed to pull half of that off. Mathias cared for people, but he only loved animals and his parents.
Finally at age seven his friend died and he was in tears for days on end. His parents didnâ€™t know what to do with him, but try and comfort him. After all, they dearly loved their little boy and didnâ€™t want to see him suffer over such a thing. At this point they wished they had never given him the dog, but they knew that the dog had protected their child several times. They vowed to let him have a dog again later but for now it was best to get him back up on his feet and have him work in the fields for the first time, to take his mind off of it.
A year later he was taken to see his cousins in Konoha and he was amazed by the way they lived with their dogs. He wanted to be like that and began begging his parents to have more dogs. He wanted three, and they didnâ€™t understand why. He said it would make him happy, but really he wanted to become a shinobi and have close relationships with his dogs like his cousins in Konoha did.
When they took him back home they answered his request 2 years later and gave him three dogs, which he began building relationships with the puppies of different breeds right on the spot. He allowed them to follow him into the fields and took advantage of spending time with them with every opportunity. Then came the drafting time that Iwa was doing when he was eleven. They took him into the academy and allowed him to bring his three friends, because he insisted he could use them with jutsuâ€™s if properly trained. His parents hated the idea of him becoming a shinobi but submitted to the idea and allowed it. He seemed enthusiastic about it, but he played off being sad about it around his parents, because he didnâ€™t want to offend or hurt the only two people in the world that he truly loved.
While he was in the academy he began learning everything he could about animal partners and jutsuâ€™s, to find a way to bring his three dogs into the shinobi world with them, and be he believes he found the answer in a book that was given to him by his great aunt when he was in Konoha, it had beast combinations described in the book and ways to use multiple dogs in jutsuâ€™s and also something about a summing style that allowed the user to summon nearly any type of animal and use it as his own for a limited time.
He was able to pass the genin exams and bring his dogs with them since he was able to communicate with them and use them to attack a target simultaneously without getting in the way of Matthias attacks. Now begins his true journey of becoming a shinobi.

Izunaka is not a bloodline, only a ability for combat pets, but you have to have a clanless char.

Also, Iwa is closed.

one question: the inuzaka and wind shire are related. They are cousins, and if you allow it, I'll won't take any of the Wind shire jutsus just the bloodline.

As for the Inuzuka not allowing bloodline, I find that as funny as how they said Bloodline aren't allowed to learn Ijutsu, which I have seen bloodline wielders with Ijutsu, Starkin primarily.
