Kuroharu turned to Nakozan, stunned. "I'm not letting you die. Think, the Sharingan is powerful. It will more than make up for missing an eye. Think this through. We can just go find someone else later to take their eyes." He said to her, pulling her into a hug and looking down at her. "Think about it. I just met you. I don't want to lose you already." How noble, protecting your dumbass girlfriend. But I think you're misjudging the situation, - another voice could be heard as a new face entered the stage. As the figure landed on the ground, the edges of their white kimono slowly settled down from the jump out of a massive tree. The person wasn't particularly intimidating in appearance, more than that, they looked pretty weak. Standing at the same height as the two males of people previously present, it was pretty hard to tell whether it was a male or female at first glance. Long hair of an unnatural magenta color, vivid blue eyes, soft face and voice, thin and seemingly fragile body - these features were no less suiting for a young woman than a man, if not more. The clothes were different: a male-design kimono, simple pants and boots - but among shinobi, which this person obviously was to jump down one of the enormous trees in the Forest of Death, or even get up there in the first place, it wasn't so unusual for women to wear originally male clothes. All-in-all, the person's appearance seemed most like a tomboy-ish girl, though with gentle features. You two are traitors to the village. The punishment for that is death, unless you willingly return to the village to repent for your sins. You obviously aren't doing that. And you dare complain about this person offering you life and the help in not getting killed by hunters? It is even more surprising if he's the leader of your clan, because not only have you already given it a bad name by abandoning your village, but he's also risking his own reputation by doing this. You idiots should have jumped at his offer as soon as he voiced it, and be grateful that one eye is all he's asking. IC: Caleb was getting quite aggravated at the two Uchiha. Here he was, offering Kuroharu the chance to live and they wanted to bitch about a stupid ass eye. Call him a traitor, but he would take living scarred over dying in shame anyday. Especially seeing he seem to have that special someone that makes life all the better for living. The missing nin finally had accepted his fate, and just as he was about to walk over and take the eye his girlfriend cuts him off. She didn't make a move, but her words causes him to stop in his tracks. "Are you stupid!?" his calmness leaves at once as he scorns the young lady. "Would you rather your boyfriend die? You don't get it obviously, or you wouldn't ask such a stupid question. You have no right to tell me what to do, especially about someone who as good as a traitor to his clan and his village. I also don't care if you will never have your eyes removed. If either of you leave that means death." He stops to think for a moment, "Though your foolish rebel may be asking for some sort of punishment as well. Thinking about it, you were leaving to weren't you? I guess you will be losing an eye after all." He stops, only to let the two talk it over. They didn't attempt to lower their voices, and his ears were already more sensitive due to him being part cat. He slowly pockets his medical items, and let's out a sigh which seems as if it could be heard all around Konoha, "Wrong answer..." He prepares to summon blades of wind around his arms, preparing to fight. A new arrival shows up, talking about how foolish the two are. He relaxs while the person talks until they say something about killing him. "I guess things can never be simple." he says, shifting into combat mode. Fortunately he wouldn't be worry too much about collateral damage, he was about to kill Kuroharu anyways. As far as the girl, she was highly disrespectful and had killed someone inside the village. She stared at Kuroharu, and laughed. ''Yeah. Okay.'' she said, pushing him off, as she turned back to Caleb. She opened her mouth, as she wanted to reply, as she was interupted by a appearance on the corner of her eye. She turned to the appearance and kept staring at it. She backed off for a moment, and laughed a little, for no actual reason. ''Hello.'', she greeted. While listening to the man talk, she turned to Caleb for a moment, and said ''Said the human. ..But.. We did not want to betray the village.. I just don't know that much and.. We'll ask permission to leave after! I promise, I love Konoha and I lived years in it, I really do not have any idea's of betraying it.. I had.. plans to have fun.. Meet people.. You know..'' she said. ''We have never got any warning. If you can-'' She then heard something that caught her interest. ''..I do not even know who you are.. And if you do plan on killing him.. How can you be sure you are not the one who gets killed? As Kuroharu turned back to Caleb, honestly prepared to lose an eye, a newcomer joined the battle. Kuroharu couldn't tell if it were male of female, though he didn't care. Then came about a very peculiar offer. This, somehow, made him smile.
He had two choices: Lose an eye and rejoin Konohagakure, or offer to become this newcomer's underling and, well, who knows what would happen if he chose that. Kuroharu was always the kind to take risks. After all, he did return to the village he ran from, didn't he?
He turned to the newcomer and smiled. "Well, you have a very generous offer. I'd get to keep my eyes and my life, correct? As long as I keep those, then I'd be willing to accept your offer over Caleb's any day." He replied to the ninja in a calm and cool tone. This may have made him seem desperate, but this was not the case. Kuroharu didn't care what happened to him, where he had to go, or who he had to listen to. As the female Sharingan wielder continued to speak, the strange young woman smiled at her. My name is Yuki, but that doesn't really tell you anything, does it? It's good enough for you to know that I'm that strong someone who is interfering. With your boyfriend's agreement, the deal is sealed! So I guess I should get to fulfilling my part, - she yawned and stretched a little. Their positions were pretty interesting: Caleb and Kuroharu were just a few feet away and facing, at a stretch, one another, Nakozan was a step behind her companion and she was standing slightly over ten feet to the side of this group. Well then, Caleb-san, care for a dance? - she said, bowing mockingly before quickly running through a set of hand seals and launching a series of fireballs at him from her mouth. Yuki planned to play with the Uchiha a little before finishing him off, to see what his level was. Two apprentices from that infamous clan could prove to be quite useful in the future, but if the clan leader was weak, then maybe the others were vastly overrated and not worth her time.

Caleb doesn't move, as to exaggerate his words. "You got your warning when you were introduced into the world of shinobi. This isn't a three strike system. Get it into your head you two just signed a death sentence." The next part didn't suprise Caleb at all, Riku accepting help. He seemed in panic mode, and seems to have lost the prideful nature that most members of the clan exhibit. In any case both the Uchiha were selfish, and possibly stupid. He hops back a distance, and nods when the supposive female speaks to him. As he lands he couldn't help but warn the two, "Stay back, unless you want attack me while I'm busy with this person like some cowards." When the fireballs came at him, he barely has anytime to analyze them before he jumps up. This wasn't a measly Housenka, he thinks, forming handseals. He expels a large mist like substance, hoping to get his strange opponent inside of it. As he lands he completes another series of handseals and launchs a large fireball at her. When fireball hits the mist it combusts, spreading it's searing flame throughout a large area. This would most likely hit the two rogue Uchiha, unless they took his warning to get out of the way.

Kuroharu watched intently as the fight began. His temporary ally versus the leader of his own clan. And interesting battle non the less. He backed up slowly, pulling Nakozan with him so that neither of them go caught in the fight. The other two were powerful ninja, no doubt. Kuroharu knew that neither he, nor Nakozan were any match for either of them, so he decided to stay away. Fireballs launched at Caleb. He dodged and emitted a mist, then followed up with his own fireball which ignited the whole area. this further proved his observation that both were indeed strong ninja. Kuroharu could only hope that Yuki was stronger.
