Appearance:
Karen has blonde hair that she keeps back with a small black leather strap on her head. She wears a chin high black jacket over a white silk dress at all times. She carries a leather bag that is slung over her shoulder which carries all of her equipment. She also has brown feline ears and a long tail, as well as white wings that sprout from her back. These wings are usually folded down to her back to hide them from people outside her family.

Personality: Karen has a strong opinion on many things. Making sure her voice is heard and that people take her seriously. She thinks tactically and likes to be a step ahead of everyone else in a battle. She will do things by the book if needed but she usually likes to go off on her own way in order to accomplish the set goal. She really doesn't take authority very well and rarely follows orders. Though if someone is of equal or lower rank than her, one will find her hard attitude loosen somehwat. She smiles and laughs and interacts like a normal person. Unlike most Nekojin she enjoys the company of humans, though she folds down her ears and wings, hiding her tail when she interacts with them. One can say she almost has a split personality, one moment being stern and rebelious. Then the next nice, bubbly and fun. No one really knows why, this is how she always was.

Special Abilities:

Name: Elemental Control
Requirements: 3 Point Training for each stage above first; Elemental Mastery for 5th
Description: By using a special chakra variation, Nekojin can put it into an element to gain direct control. This isn't done with chakra, but any use of this ability will still affect their chakra pool as if it was. Note that this generally makes the element weaker due to not being enforced with chakra, but having no chakra within it may be and advantage against some effects. Of course a larger amount of manipulation means less chakra to deal with.

They can erect a barrier of the element strong enough to fend off jutsu and attacks of E and D rank, but this becomes two rank lower then themselves at B rank. This barrier can be large enough to cover the area of element they can manipulate, but costs more energy accordingly. Attacks dealt with elements are considered dealt with the highest rank weapon they can wield. Wind does very little damage when manipulated in such a way, so Kaze Dansu is best to be used for direct attack in this manner.

It deals pressure damage rather than the usual cutting damage of wind element and packs quite a punch. Despite not being very damaging, it is quick to be executed and the actual projectiles are extremely fast.

Background:
Karen was born into the Nekojin family while they were still inside the forest in the fire country. The small family in the clan consisted of her, her younger brother, and her parents. She had cousins, aunts and grandparents of course, but she almost never saw them. And never really knew them when she did. Â Karen was always a happy child growing up, taking wlaks outside. Playing in the river, baking cookies and much more. But one day, on one of her times outsdie, she met someone. Well two people to be exact. a young boy and a young girl. Each the same age and they told Karen that they were twins. This excited Karen greatly, she had never really had anyone to play with before. her brother mabey, but he was alsways too annoying to be around. She introduced herself adn they quickly became friends. They met up at the river each day and then would always take off to the forrest to play a game. No one really knew that Karen had met these two children and they would never had if Karen not said anything to her parents. Well had not let the information slip. One day, when she was running out the door she yelled back " I going to the river, then we are going to play a game in the woods." Her mother stopped her quickly, turning her around to say "we? Then she had it, she had to tell her parnts everything. Their parents sent her to her room while they thought out the situation. They had no probem with humans, but the rest of clan demanded no interaction. If anyone found out, then serious trouble was to follow. finally after a few hours of talking, they told Karen to start packing, that they were going on vacation. Of course vacation was not what it was really. More like a REALLY long vactation, for they never went back to their home. They travelled to Sunagakure an settled down there. Karen was unhappy at first of course, but she soon met new children around the village. and learned new games she never knew before. time went smoothly and she entered the ninja academy. Classes went like any other school and Karen had a bit of trouble keeping control on her chakra. It seemed to have a mind of its own for some reason.

While encountering a strange person on the outer walls of Sunagakure, Karen had been approached by the Kazekage, Ballian. After having a small chat in his office. Karen was quickly swayed by his words and seemingly, his power. Although she does not know exactly what to make of this as of now, Karen doesn't mind the uncertainty. With the boring moves of the village up until this time, Karen sees this as a chance to be happy, and even find a purpose in life. Though she is reluctant to really push to far she hopes to see where it leads and is letting things unfold in front of her. Her thoughts of heading to the Sand country mountains, is for now, on hold. Though Karen is not sure if this will remain for long, or if her curiosity of the rumors she hears of the great power within is to strong. Karen at this moment will just have to take a deep breath and go with what her gut tells her.

Ok, since this is a Bloodline, your allowed a D-rank Jutsu from that, and as for the new thing, for starting in Suna, you can get one C-rank Wind jutsu, I think.
