Well, since my programmer for my game is on break, I've decided to make a small rpg. In this Rpg, you can play as a cannon Navi or a custom Navi but, it's your choice. Um, there really isn't much to say. Make a Navi and Op Profile, and then start battling people. You can battle as much as you want, with NO restrictions. Also, every once in a while, I'll pop by and I might hold a mission or an event. (If I can think of one)

Does this sound like a good idea, or no? Need some feedback before I post the rules.

This Rp is officially open. You ARE allowed to use Canons but, you are also allowed to use Customs.

Hmm...Okay then, 3 people sounds pretty fair. I'll make a topic with rules later. Also, I wanted to ask what system of fighting should we use?

Should we use a Panel system, where each Navi and Operator get's 9 panels, and cannot go to the other side and whatnot. Or should we use a normal fighting system but with HP and Battle Chip Damage?

How about something along the lines of Battle Chip Challenge for the GBA for your battle set-up? Or is that the "normal way"? (I don't watch much Mega-man (In fact, only one episode for about 10 minutes) and the only two Mega-man games I've played are Battle Chip Challenge and Battle Network 3 (Blue, I think))

Appearance
She likes to wear a blue bandana around her hair, to make herself appear more "punkish" in a way. She has Steel grey eyes and pure white hair, which makes her stand out more than others. She likes to wear different styles of shirts, but a common trend in the shirts she likes to wear is that they have the main colour being pink. Usually, the complementing colours are just that- complementing, but sometimes, they will have darker colours to contrast the pink. She usually wears school-girl style skirts that are down to her knees, but sometimes on warmer days she'll wear shorter skirts. On colder days, she usually wears pants. She is also slightly tanned, most likely being from her origin in Yumland. She is 4'06" and about 67 lbs.

Attitude
Serin is just a recent Netbattler, and her and her Navi are quite comfortable together, since Serin had attempted to build her Navi herself. She studied how to make one at SciLab, and used it to build her own. She can take in information like a sponge, and if it isn't names, she can remember the information quite well. She is somewhat shy, since she is around new people, but she does like to make friends. Her Navi is slightly buggy, but what do you expect from a 9-year-old's self-built Navi. She lives with what you could call a "foster family," except they didn't quite adopt her. She doesn't like evil things, and some things she does like may suprise you. Even at her young age, she says and seems to know things that don't seem to be something a 9-year-old should know. She looks up to Mayl and Lan, and hopes to NetBattle with them someday.

Kikina also carries a small "blaster pistol" strapped to her leg. This can be shot. The damage taken from the pistol is non-elemental. It can also be semi-automatic, but the time between shots is usually a few seconds. This weapon is generally used more.

Secondary Weapon:
(Soulfire)
Kikina changes her left hand into a sword and slams it into the ground, creating a jagged line across the ground to the opponent. Kikina can change the direction of the line if need be. Once the line reaches the enemy, the line will stop, and a second later, a circular wall of fire will shoot up beneath the enemy. Once the line stops, the endpoint cannot be changed. It takes energy to make the line, and the longer the line is, the more energy it takes to set off the fire. Say you have a line made with this move that is 1m long, and another that is .5m long. If you put 10MB of energy into the .5m line, you would need 50MB of energy to make the same effect in the 1m long line. The damage from this attack is obviously fire. It leaves the Navi worn out. Without recharging, this attack can only be used a few times. The more this attack is forced over the limit, the higher chance there is of a forced jack-out, in which the Navi will not be able to jack in for 15 minutes. Damage is 50.

Description:
Standing about 5'02", Kikina is a slightly dark pink (think the Navi Roll's colour, just a little darker). She feels the need to protect people, and looks up to both the Navis Roll and MegaMan, but also wishes to fight both of them, and beat them. Kikina is more assertive than Serin is, much like Ring and Mary, but Kikina is more controlled than Ring. She is willing to take risks, and has been left without control more than once- because Serin thought Kikina was trustworthy enough. Sometimes, her coding glitches, and she may discover something new about herself- whether good or bad.

Powers:
Flare Blitz LVL 1: This mode sacrifices defense to make all Heat Chips more powerful. This mode cannot be held onto for very long at a time.

Riposte LVL 1: This mode sacrifices attack to focus on defense. If Kikina is hit, a small amount of damage will be reflected back onto the opponent- around 10 to 30 HP at this level.

I never played Battle Chip Challenge and from the looks of it, it seemed boring. By "normal" way, would be how Net Navi's generically fought in the anime, or, just like how we normally fight on NRC, with less restrictions, and just fighting.

That's done before. It's like Riposte in other, D&D-ish RP's. You can have sacrificed defense in that and still have Riposte. It only does like 10-30 HP of damage, and no damage to battle chips. Not very strong, and Kikina would take more damage than what was given back. And if you hit her with a Canon (Or other long-range attack), there is no counter-attack.
