Description: An unusual alteration to her chakra canon jutsu that uses some strange form of darkness to attack an opponent. It has various uses, but must be mastered in it's base form before you can move to the next level. It's next form is learned as a higher ranked jutsu, but takes half the time to learn. Each form require more chakra than the last, although a weaker form can always be used.
Dark Beam - Â This shoots closely grouped flattened disks of dark goo, trailed by dark energy and globular emanations. It does nothing in this form except for damage. Â

"I need to find some sort of transportation. Walking is fine, but sometimes you just need to get to a place quickly. Teleporting takes too much energy..." Xela says, more or less talking outloud but possibly addressing Trouble. Â She looks off into the distance, at building that should as nothing but a speck from the distance she was. This is close enough. I should work on my skills before I go on. In case I get caught or Luce wants to fight. She swings her arms in the air as if pulling open a scroll and a puff of smoke erupts from between them. Â A stack of papers forms in her hands. Hmm, let's see... she says, letting go of it with her right hand. She brings it up infront of herself and a visible distortion forms around it. The distortion shifts into many patterns until finally it seems to push the very light from her hand. Swinging her hand around, she blasts a distant tree with a weak version of the Dark Beam she just read about.

"Child's play. What's next? Hmm, the Entangler? This will be a little harder." she says, looking around. She was tempted to use it on some wild animal or Trouble, but decides against it. She walks upt to a nearby tree and balls her right hand into a fist. She does exactly the same thing as last time, but this time the darkness around her hand becomes deeper and larger. Emanations like those that trailed the Dark Beam come from thin air and go into her fist. She fires it at a tree and falls over on her butt. The large ball hits the tree and solidifies into a hard shell of some sort. "Oppsies," she says, getting up and dusting herself off, "Still looks like it worked." Xela walks over and knocks on the dark shell. Dharma's jutsu seem effective but a bit easy. Oh well, I'll see if I'm doing it right when I use it on someone.

"Darkburst, the power to rend the heavens themselves." she says outloud, as if it was what was on the papers she had summoned. On the contrary it wasn't, she was just being overdramatic for the hell of it. Placing them on the ground, she places Trouble's cage on it so they won't blow away. Bringing both her arms up, she braces her legs so she won't be knocked over from any possible recoil. She briefly forms the ram seal to help gather a large amount of chakra. Her hands separate, a small wisp of blue chakra running between them momentarily. Darkness is normal for her, but something about the charging of the move seemed a bit off. A small static sound can be heard coming from between her hands and she stops. Apparently the distortion was forming there, rather then when the projectile hit something.

"Hmm," she says, clawing at the air with her index and middle fingernails. The air breachs and a small tear forms that has utter darkness on the otherside. That wasn't the jutsu, that was my noble abilities coming out. However, it seems I cannot make a complete portal. I don't even see anything else on the other side. Back to the technique at hand. Â She makes a circular motion with her right hand, forming a distortion that draws in dark spheres. Stopping the hand, she brings it beside her other one an froms a large sphere that shrinks slightly. She hit a tree with it, and it take a large chunk from it. Â She nods, and sits down on the ground crossing her legs. Her chakra was running low, so she needs to rest and attempts to regain enough charka to continue her training. She looks in the distance, "I suppose I'll put that off another day so I can have my full chakra reserve."

Description: Modifing her charka cannon to magnify light, Dharma has made it into a deadly weapon. It has different uses, but must be mastered in it's base form you can move to it's next level. Due to the lack of it's side effect's potential, it deals more damage then the Dark Beam.
Light Beam - Focusing light into the cannon, a beam of light is then fired. This beam deal good damage and may set things on fire. |
After spending some time resting and meditating, she summons a cooking set and food. After stretching she makes a small campfire. The grabs a canteen and kettle. "Ill be back little one." she tell Trouble before going off to find some water. Xela still felt a strange sense of endearment towards the small creature, even though he didn't like her. A fifteen minute walk has her finding a small lake. She sticks a hand in it, the licks some off her finger. "Hmm, that should be good." she says, sticking in the small kettle and canteen. Returning back to the campsite she puts the kettle over the fire and sits down.
"Hmm, that was good." She had made some instant ramen, and took her time finishing it. It was getting dark, so she decides she should hurry and learn the next set of jutsu so the light wouldn't give her positon away. She bring her hand up as if it was nothing, and it starts glowing with the ambient light of the dawn. Looking over her shoulder, she blasts a tree which then lights on fire from the heat of the beam.

She nods, knowing that she'd easily pull that one off. The Light Beam series was actually simpler than the Dark Beam one in concept. She forms a ball of light over her hand, then has it spin around the hand in midair. It shoots to and from as she telekinetically plays around with it. This is such a great feeling, wielding telekinetic powers in the real world. In Alex's mind I was in control of anything I wanted simply because it was my mind as well. The ball hovers back to the front of her hand, then multiplies into a small cluster. Â She fires this at the same tree as the beam. "I suppose I should put the tree out." She walks over to the tree and dumps what's left of her noodle brooth and drinking water on it. Fortunately the fire wasn't that bad and this put it out for the most part.

She telekinetically puts the two item back by the campfire and then heads further away. Xela wants to sure that the light of her next jutsu wouldn't be see by those at the mansion in the distance. Jumping into a tree, she goes a ways off from the camp before finding what she considers a reasonable spot to resume her training. "It's a bit dark," she looks into the sky, "I should still be able to do this, but it'll be harder for me to do with ambient light. My Dark Beam on the other hand," The darkness gathers easily to her hand and she effortlessly destroys a tree with it. Both of her arms go up and she focuses on gathering light with her telekinesis. Just as I had thought, using this at night wouldn't be very effective at all... Xela raises her arms in an attempt to better gather the dusk's light.

It takes her 15 minutes, but she finally gathers enough light to pull the technique off. The ball shrinks a little as she refines the chakra flow within it. Just a bit more charka... This wasn't that hard to do, but she was tired from the journey it took to get where she was. Finally the jutsu is complete, so she launchs it at a nearby tree. Just as noted in the documents she had, it hits the tree and expands. Rather than immediately disappearing, it stays for a little while and decimate the small trees it passes by. Much like a horizontally launched Goukakyuu no Jutsu. This will be fun to mess around with during battlefield conditions... Xela heads back to the camp, quickly running through the trees to make her trip shorter. Hitting the ground when she finish her short trip, she stretchs and yawns. She gets ready for bed, I'll spend on more full day training, then I'll head to the 'palace'. It'll be nice seeing the mansion in real life.

Annihilator Beam - Fires tiny spheres of darkness surrounded in an aura of light. This isn't as powerful as the name would imply, however. These blasts can be fired rapidly and home in towards enemies. |
The small black sleeping bag moves slightly, and only the top of Xela's hair can be seen glistening in the morning light. The zipper of the sleeping bag moves down as she opens it from the inside. A low yawn escapes her lips as she sits up and rubs her eyes. She tilts her head so her hair with cover her eyes, working as makeshift shade. After going through her normal routine of getting dressed and primping, she climbs a tree and Scorns the top of it. Levitating high into the air, she see motion at the house, but she can't really make out what's going on from this distance. She steps off the tree, her levitation auto-adjusting to the changing height from a surface.
Bringing her hands up to each side, she gathers light into on and darkness into the other. She tries to put the two together, which results in a weak explosion that knocks her on her butt. I got lucky with that, I shoud've taken much more damage than that. Being young has it's perks, but I'm hating this lack of common sense that seems to go along with it. In any variation of darkness and light they are difficult to get together, or has bad results. she thinks, sighing out loud. The worst part for her was that she had to combine the two in one hand. Xela push her self back up and dusts the back of her dress off. Right hand coming up, it gathers a small globe of darkness. She closes her eyes as she imagines the properties of light beam wrap around it, but nothing happens save for some flashes of light.

She shrugs as if sighing, but no sound leave her save for the shifting of clothing. Â She looks around and bring a small stick into her right hand. Walking over to a dusty part of the ground, she draw in it once she get there. Most of the shapes are none sense, but as she regains her focus the symbol start having an actually meaning. Well, to her anyways. Many where from a language used in the world of summons, others were from the scientific formula Dharma made for her jutsu. That's what I'm missing, so simple. Kinda of a shortcut though. A halo of light appears over her hand, followed by a glob of darkness in the center. She launchs the ball, immediately have the light halo follow and engulf the ball. She repeated this, each time increasing speed, until she could launch it formed together with relative ease.
