IC: Raiden watched as the girl touched the other guys face. Tai didn't quite like the sight of it. He knew what the guy could do with emotions because of what had happened earlier but, what else could he do? Could she do it too? These questions filled his mind as he watched. Well.... I'm not about to let them continue this. I'm going to break them. I don't want to kill them though..... dead comrades are never good. I told them those threats so that they would attack me. I have to make them believe that I'm willing to kill to make this work....well.... it seems to be working... somewhat.... I'll continue to push them. My first jutsu was too weak. I've got to give them more of a challenge... Raiden smiled and hit the ground with his fist, activating the next part of the jutsu.From 6 points or the lightning, chains of lightining headed torward the three shinobi and from the other 6 points of lightning, a cone barrier of lightning formed around them. His jutsu was complete. His next jutsu would have to be powerful. He needed to see what they would do in a life of death situation. Raiden started performed handsigns and used another jutsu. A large tornado of lightning forms around him in the shape of a dragon. He prepares to launch it at the shinobi.

Description: the hands are stretched open and pushed forward. Then twelve strands of lighting come forward. One strand coming from each finger tip and the palms. The lightning seems to go straight at the target. It then erratically moves to different points. These points from a large (5 meter) six pointed star, similar to the star of david. (this is one post) Then the user will try to have the target within the star, once there he must touch the ground. When contact is made ΒΌ of the users total chakra is drained. Then 6 points send a chain of lighting to the target. It wraps its self around the target and shocks along with paralyzes the target. The other six points shoot to the to form a cone around the target, to keep them from escaping. (this is the second post) The tourniquet totally paralyzes the target and the barrier is a second level to keep them from escaping. The lightning creates 2nd degree burns and locks the muscles in place. The tourniquet was developed to capture several targets at once and cause heavy damage. This is considered the goal of the Raiton techniques. Combining them together to capture the enemy in this. (the paralyzes only lasts 2 posts.)

Description: This technique creates a dragon-shaped lightning tornado, which forms around the user after they make the required hand seals. This provides some protection while they are executing the technique. The dragon can then be launched at a target and, if hit, the opponent will take heavy damage and electric shock. Additionally, anyone within three feet of the tornado will be struck with a weak jolt of electricity, so a close dodge won't work so well.

Everyone else just walks by without a second glance. Other run in terror as she hunts them don in order to survive herself. And that was what she hated most about herself. That she had to cause pain to other people just to keep her pathetic life going. Who was she to make the choice? To decide that other people die instead of her. What kind of monster just kills for that reason? Life, is something all things should have, not just her. Amegaki thought to himself, looking at the 6 pointed star around him. He put his free hand to his mouth saying. "Daitoppa!" A blast of wind came from his mouth, hitting the electric star. The blast of wind widened a hole by disrupting the electricity and he said to Harumi, "After you?" He then noticed the dragon coming down on him. He shot another blast of wind at it and watched as they collided. The dragon would easily overpower his jutsu, so he needed to move quick. He hand sealed and grabbed Harumi, using shunshin to go through the widened hole. He dispersed with her in a flurry of leaves and they both reappeared on the other side. Amegaki yawned and said to Raiden, "Is that it?" He then let go of Harumi, saying, "Can we end this?"

He then disappeared, moving in a blur towards Raiden with his wind blade slashing at him. He yelled as he moved, "Kaze no Yaiba!"

Raiden shrugged and laughed. "Well done.......well done...." He then took out three notes from his back pocket. He then handed them over to Amegaki, smiling. "Here....... these are orders for us to put a squad together. I just wanted to test you and see how well prepared you three are...." He laughs and turns away. "You're partner... Kai..... he's a failure though. He layed there not helping. Truely dishonourable." Raiden walked away from the bunch of them, thinking back on what he did and how he should of played a little less and fought a bit more.

Amegaki took the note smirking under his hood. He turned around and began walking away. He had plans with a girl, a Hyuuga not to mention. He walked through the grass and said to Harumi, "I'll see you around, try not to beat yourself up over yourself." He chuckled silently before disappearing from sight in a flurry of leaves. He dispersed slowly, starting from the legs up, until only one leaf remained. The leaf floated away, out of sight.
