IC: Raiden lolked upon the memorial with a hardened look of indifference. He had never really thought of the heros of Konoha; he had never really cared about them. I will be more powerful than any of these heros. For I will become more than a hero...... I will become a god. That is my destiny... Raiden then turned to see a few shinobi from the academy. They had always been envious of Raiden's power and he wasn't afraid to tell them that. When the leader of the group offered to fight him, Raiden re-challenged the entire group of four. Standing tall, Raiden didn't give the group a chance to attack, he quickly completed some hand seals and fired a ball of electricity at the group. The ball hit and shocked most of the shinobi in the group.Raiden then prepared to do some real fighting.

IC: Raiden looked on at the group of genins. They were surprised that he had thrown the first attack. Raiden didn't want to destroy the group too easily. He waited for one of them to run at him. Raiden watched the genin punch in a blind rage.Surely they know better? Raiden thought to himself as he knee'd the genin in gut and spin kicked him in the back of the head. As that genin fell another rushed forward in a attempt to tackle Raiden from behind. Raiden responded swiftly with a rising side kick to the chin of the genin. The blow knocks the genin into the air, slowly spinning away from Raiden. Taking this as the right opportunity to embarrass the genin, Raiden generated chakra into his hands and shot a stream of energy into the genin's behind.The genin flew away from Raiden and smashed into the ground in front of the two standing shinobi.Raiden then walked away from them, leaving them to pick up thier dignity.

OOC: Returning

IC: Raiden returned to the place he had been training earlier. He had found a docter fairly quickly and had the back of his neck healed. It hadn't been a deep cut but, it could of been avoided. Raiden knew he had more training to take care of. He knew it was just a matter of time before his power would truly be put to the test and he wanted to make sure that he was fully prepared for the encounter. He knew what he wanted to do next but, he also wanted to do it right the first time. He got himself ready for the jutsu.

IC: Raiden looked up at the sky in anticipation of his next jutsu. He was sure that it would work since he knew in his heart that he could do any lightning jutsu with absolute ease. He practically laughed to himself at the though of shinobi doing jutsus over and over to get them right. Raiden was sure that any jutsus he learned were done right the first time. It was a gift of his. He knew it was time to get started so he put his hands together. He thought about the jutsu beore putting his hands to work doing handseals. He did them quickly and efficiantly so that it was perfect.

IC: Raiden completed the handsigns in a quick and efficiant manner. He then watched as a bolt of lightning struck the earth and flashed before his eyes. He smiled to himself because of the completion of the jutsu. He had learned it perfectly as usual. He knew that this was not the end of the training bbut, the beginning. He knew that he had much, much more to learn and not alot of time to do it in. Soon, he knew that he had to becom a powerful being capable of protecting the people nearest to him. This was just the beginning.

IC: Raiden looked around to see if there was anyone else around. He was glad that he was alone but, he was also a bit lonely. Hmmph..... Gods do not get lonely and neither should I... If I am to be a god, I should begin acting like one. It was about this time that Raiden began feeling strange. He looked at his hands. They looked normal but, he turned them over and saw that his knuckles were looking strange. It disturbed him yet, he liked it. What is this feeling of?.... control? Raiden suddenly pushed at the bones in his knuckles. Claws came out. Raiden looked at them with wonder. What am I?

IC: Raiden looked at the blood running down his hands from the point at which the claws had broken out. It scared him to thing that he was becoming ungodlike by bleeding. No.....no! This can't be..... I shouldn't be doing this! I shouldn't be bleeding. My blood is sacred. It is the blood of a soon to be god. It shouldn't be flowing.It must STOP!!! As soon as Raiden thought that, the blood began to flow back into his hand. It moved and snaked till it all disapeared. Raiden had controled his blood and made it go back into his body. He found it amazing. "This....this is amazing...."

Setsuki wandered aimlessly throughout Konoha and it's boundries. She wandered through the village, the forest, around the Forrest of Death, and everywhere else other than the memorial. So, clearly, there was only one place left for her to go. As she walked up, she head some odd sounds. Walking through the trees, she saw a man training. Yamimaru barked happily and ran up to him, tackling him to the ground and licking his face. "Damnit, Yamimaru! Sorry, he must like you." She apologized to the man training, grabbing Yamimaru and ordering the large wolf to sit calmly at her side.

Raiden pulled the claws back in before the other person had a chance to see them. He had been surprised when a dog jumped on him. He had nearly killed it with his claws but, luckily for the dog, Raiden was not in a killing mode. He was confused and a bit disorientated about what was going on but, he was ok. "Oh........um..... I'm Raiden...... I take it that Yamimaru is your pet-nin. Correct? He's quite.... energetic. By the way...... what is your name?" Raiden was curious about the person who had interupted his training.

"Setsuki..." The words came from his mouth as he flipped from a tree to the ground. He hadn't seen her in quite some time and it was no doubt that she had grown much, like he had also. He didn't mean physically, but mentally. He walked along the grass, heading for Setsuki when he noticed Raiden there also. He put his hood up, just walking there off of smell and hearing. He usually put his hood up to prevent people to tell his emotions. It made it a bit harder for the enemy to tell what he was going to do next. It also put a bit of fear into the enemy when he fought them. The fact that they couldn't see his eyes, yet he could tell where they were.
