She never wears her head band and keeps a Wakizashi under her robes at all times along with a small chapter book under he robes that she reads in her spare time

Description: A very useful technique that dispels or prevents the effects of genjutsu in its early stages. To perform it, the user only needs to hold their hands in a tiger hand seal and channel some chakra into it. A lower-level genjutsu will be dispelled without any harm to the user. This can also be done on someone else, in which case the user must touch them before releasing the technique. However, it is a low-level ninja skill, as there are more effective ways of countering genjutsu. This will only dispel genjutsu of B-rank or below.

Description: Once the user forms the necessary hand seals the surroundings will start turning pitch black for their opponent. Once that is complete, the target will be transported to a completely black space where they will float. Soon afterwards, ghostly creatures will start appearing out of random places in this space and strangling, biting and otherwise hurting the one caught in this genjutsu. The user must keep focus for this genjutsu to last, so as soon as they drop the last hand seal for it, it will automatically disperse.

Background: Rei was born into a poor family and when she was a baby her real family left her in the middle of Kirigakure where a young couple found her and toke her in raising her as there own. She never really talked much and showed no interest in being a villager and when she was young she would watch the Genin at the training ground and would admire them. After awhile her parents in rolled her in the ninja academy at the age of 7 where she became a prodigy of sorts and passed at the age of 10 at the head of her class. Her foster parents died soon after she graduated from a virus and she began to live on her own ever since then with only one thing to remember them by. A small chapter book. She strained extremely hard since then sometimes to the point of injuring herself. She wants to shape herself into a fine Shinobi
