What it is also known well for is it's large population of missing-nin which account for 40% of it's total population. It is also to note that Tamotsu of the Sky Wolves often visits this area. It's walls are like a castle and there is only one way in, through the front gate down a long river which takes days to arrive to. While the Lord who rules there doesn't take kindly to outsiders, he sees them as an investment when it comes to money. It is a safe haven, if not a moment's rest for Missing-nin. The country itself may also include the O'uzu and Nagai Islands, but this is unconfirmed. It shares one border with the Fire Country, and maintains good ties with its ninja village because it maintains no ninja village of its own. Seemingly, this country is not marked on any map as it is an upstart country with a Crime Organization running it. It exists as an island far from the reaches of the 5 countries and said to be the most exclusive hideaway for those keeping a low profile though the seas claim it's fair share of those trying to brave it's sea. **Note - PM a Moderator to RP a NPC to learn the location of this Country before posting in it.
