Don't need permission, you can change your styles once for free. However, you lose all the jutsu you can't perform anymore.

As an SS-Rank shinobi you get to have two specialties instead of one if you choose. Just thought I would say that. So you can take Ninjutsu and Genjutsu specialty, but you take more damage from taijutsu as an effect.

So, I can just change it? O.o I was told I had to get permission first.... Oh, well, thanks, heh. I won't be losing any Jutsus anyway.  Also, since I have a Bloodline, I can't Dual Spec, which kinda sucks ass. Thanks anyway. Locked.
