I think someone tried for 20 points once, don't know if they finished. You'd have to look up Kinjutsu in the RP section, and find out.

One other question, is the highest one can train to A rank or S rank with bought non auto train rank ups?

You can buy extra rank trains up to S-rank

Yasuo wrong. You can only rank train like that to A - rank, you must get permission from an admin with the other admins saying "Yes." to it also.
