These are the jutsu I was wondering if I could have permission to learn due to the new rule. The priority level for me probably goes:
1. Edo Tensei 2. Jutsu Shou 3. Verse Of Black Darkness 4. Shadow Clone Explosion

Jutsu Shou [Technique Neutralize]
Rank: S (Kinjutsu)
Requirements: None
Description: This jutsu cancels or impedes the occurring of the opponent's technique. It takes a large amount of concentration and us usually only capable of being done by a Kage.

Bunshin Bakuha - Shadow Clone Explosion
Rank: A (Kinjutsu)
Requirements: Kage Bunshin Clone
Description: Bunshin Bakuha is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by only advanced shinobi. At first glance the clone appears to be a normal Kage Bunshin, but the shinobi can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion.

Kokuangyo no Jutsu [Verse of Black Darkness Skill]
Rank: S (Kinjutsu)
Requirements: None
Description: A genjutsu technique that effectively blinds the user's the enemy. Total darkness engulfs them, and they can see nothing but their own body. The caster can then freely attack their enemy in this state with no tremendous worry of a counter-attack, unless the enemy is extremely talented. If the user is caught while still casting this technique, the jutsu is immediately dispelled.

Edo Tensei - Resurrection to the Impure World

Description: Kuchiyose • Edo Tensei is a Ninjutsu technique which had been forbidden because of its dark nature. The technique involves the summoning of dead souls from the afterlife back into the real world. Normally Kuchiyose (summoning) involves the use of the caster's blood as compensation for summoning, Edo Tensei is different though. The ninja will first sacrifice a living person to provide the vessel that the dead soul will inhabit. The dead body will then be incased in ash and dirt to resemble the soul of the person that was resurrected. When the ninja wishes to recall the souls, a portal will open in the ground and the caskets holding the bodies will appear. When the caskets open the bodies will be grey and in a state of minor decay. At this point the dead souls are able to remember their past life, but they are at the command of the one who summoned them. One final act will fully wipe out their conscious and make them under the command of the one who summoned them. The ninja will place a fuda (charm/tag) of some form into the head of the body. This will then give vitality back to the body and make it a pure killing machine.

When a portion of the dead body is damaged, the ash and dust will merely return and fix the damaged body part. The only way currently known to stop the resurrected person, is to utilize the Shiki Fuujin technique and remove the soul from the body.

Your a A-rank Missing nin so your equivalent to that of a Jounin meaning you can only know 2 S rank jutsus. And you already have one jutsu thats S ranked.

I actually asked Zieg about it and he said it would be the same as Jounin o.O And a A rank missing-nin would be the equivalent so it actually matches.

Yah... Im just following the rules here, it says I have no S Rank limit... so Im just trying to learn some jutsu here that I think would suit my character well for who he is and stuff. And regardless I can just use FC for an extra S Rank slot... so they can be approved if you were considering it with that thought aside.

Oh, and who is the second person with Edo Tensei? Because I only saw one... besides I personally thought the jutsu shouldnt be allowed, but since it is I feel it mandatory to know Edo Tensei or Jutsu Shou to even have a chance to live against someone with that powerful of a jutsu...

But w/e you guys decide, I trust your judgement as admins and mods.
Just expect me to run away from anyone who has edo tensei if i get into a fight with them... its waaay to good unless you use jutsu shou because as soon as its out it cant be beaten unless you kill yourself (aka death reaper seal).

You are right in everything but this: no matter how many extra slots you buy, the high-ranked jutsu limit still applies. You can buy 50 jutsus, but as a jounin, you only get two S-ranks.
Also, the second person would be you, if you were allowed to learn that jutsu. And AJ said there's one too many who knows it (there being one).

The two people: Kaeor & Orochimaru. And Orochimaru would actually count as something seeing hes going to be used as part of the event.

Well then, if you knowing the jutsu is too many people, then can I have persmission to learn Jutsu Shou?

I just wanted to know if I have permission to learn jutsu shou... which is discussed about in the topic when people were actually doing something about it.

I think there's already a few people that already have "Jutsu Shou", so I don't think we should allow anymore. Same thing applies to "Edo Tensei". The other two, I don't mind at all, being that only I have the "Verse into Darkness" that I know of, and only one or two have "Bunshin Bakuha".

Whoa; why are you guys blocking people from learning Jutsu shou just because a couple of people know it.... lol seriously this is beyond laughable. The mere fact that "to many people know it" is the worst excuse I have ever heard for this kind of matter. Note I am only referring to Jutsu Shou.

My main concern was how the hell people are going to counter a jutsu like edo tensei, not how people were going to cancel eachother's jutsu all the time. Because there are some jutsu that should be cancelled... like edo tensei.

Well okay then looks like I have 2 mod approvals on exploading bunshin and verse of black darkness. but those were the ones i kinda wanted to learn but not really sure about it, if you catch my drift.

You can still learn them! XD But, since they're both Kinjutsu, it won't affect how many points you'll need to learn them.
