Village PolicyLeaving a village for Mission, or story line.
I read somewhere, that now i can't locate, if you temporarily leave a village you must let the kage of said village know. So should i make a small 3-4 post thing about such things?
Also on another note, If a village is welcoming to Missing-nin, does that mean they can do missions for Village ninja in that kind of village?

No, it means that the ninja there won't be aggressive towards you and kill you.

No, it means that the ninja there won't be aggressive towards you and kill you. |
1. No, missions are different.
2. Unless the mission specifies or implies non missing nin, it is acceptable.
EDIT: In fact, if I'm not mistaken, the genin leaving the village rule seems abolished. Leaving the village against consent would obviously make you missing nin but otherwise.

The rule still stands that for a Genin to leave their Village, they need:
1. Kage permission.
2. Either a Jounin and/or,
A. Two other Genin and a Chuunin.
If you don't follow these rules, you'll be classified as a Missing-Nin.

Where is that rule, anyway? I can't seem to find it and I need to know where it is to petition abolishing it. If anybody else has noticed, it's stupid.

It's a general rule in the Narutoverse. O.o I don't recall if the rule was made or not, but we've been saying it for a while now.

Leaving without consent of a Kage is grounds for Missing-nin title. That's canonized. The other part has no warranted proof in the series and therefore does not exist.

There's been hardy any instances that a Genin just up and leaves the Village, Kage permission or not, without having one of those options with them in the series.

So basically a portion of the mission system is moot and we should add in rules that affect titles again?
