Kicking off the Summer, the Administrators have decided to plan something special for everyone on NRC. We are making a Tournament free for all, and whoever wins gets a ultra special prize. Now I won't say what the prize is however it's something that'll bring your eyes popping right out people. The Tournament, is not related to a real rp structure, meaning that you can be in the tournament and still rp regularly. In Addition to the Special prize there will be regular prizes to help motivate you along the way.

Here are some rules before you post your ticket to enter:

- Participants can only use one character and no more than one.
- Participants can not "gain" any auto learn jutsu while fighting
- Participants are disqualified if they do not post their Rp within 2 days of each other
- Participants must be real RPCS not NPCS.
- Rules can change anytime to flex towards the websites own means.

People of equal rank will be randomly paired up, and will fight against one another. The matches will be "time-limited": each fighter must make no less than 5, but no more than 15, posts (no double-posting). Each post will be graded for battle points (by me or an authorized staff member). The person who has more points after 15 posts wins, unless one of the fighters gives up before that.

You may challenge someone of a higher rank to battle. In that case, you must specify the amount of posts you are betting you can last for (must be higher than 5). The rest is the same as a normal match: winner by points at time out or when one of the fighters gives up.

E Ranked- 50 TP

D Ranked- 100 TP

C Ranked- 150 TP

B Ranked- 200 TP

A Ranked- 250 TP

S Ranked- 350 TP

No SS Ranks allowed.

The Tournament Begins One Week from June 6th, 2009( If you can't post within 72 hours of this Well to bad)

I randomly chose between the equally skilled shinobi. However if you want to fight another shinobi that is higher than your rank, bet how long you will last. Whoever gets the most points wins from there on.

The Tenth? But you said that it won't start until the 13th, one week from the 6th. If it is going to start so soon I will have to withdraw Emily from the tourny. Otherwise all she will be good for is watching all the attacks hit her. She can't defend or attack right now.

It has to start early, or else it conflicts with the other event which AJ is throwing, the downfall of Otogakure. And Emily should be fine, she has jyuuken, and a mastered byakugan, which at Rank is fantastic, for your opponent has like 1 jutsu...

emma you will be fine he only has one Jutsu besides the basics that he can really use and with your jyuuken you will be fine you can attack and defend like a normal taijutsu user but you can stop his chakra too

I don't know any of the Jyuuken attacks. Pretty much all Emily can do if throw a punch and hope it hits. Despite being able to see the tenketsu, without those technqiues, it is almost impossible to truly get a clear shot at the chakra points. that is what I am talking about.

The regular jyuuken can hit tenketsu just fine ( Remember's Neji's fight with hinata) And anyways, the judging is based on RP skill, not who wins the fight. Just go out with a bang and you still have a chance.

I have been left in charge, but only the E-rank fight was finished, all the others I haven't seen any real activity in, and I have requested people to PM me when they need their threads gaded in it. I know what the prize is, but I'll let someone else explain to me what all is needed with that.
