The Next Arc is....Rise of Kumo: The Last City In The Clouds
The speculation is now over. It is going to happen. And much sooner then one thinks. In one week, we will begin this special arc that will not only introduce the Lightning Country, but will end the storyline for Otogakure. As sad as it is too say, Otogakure is the most underused country, besides Suna. However, it is also not one of the 5 great countries and will be subject to that. Now, before everyone goes off... OMG! We're gonna be killed off! Those who sacrifice their ninjas in the destruction (must be a real Oto Ninja) will be allowed to remake a Kumo character at the same Rank plus 5 jutsus of their choice. (not Kinjutsu and must follow Style rules)
So be ready!
