Bloodline Name: Kaze Sora
History: This is one of the 3 main families that founded the Sound Village. They are considered in the village to be the strongest in combat and strategy out of the three and they are also the least known as well. No one in the village knows that their abilities are a Kekkia Genkia except the other main families. Usually after one is known to have the bloodline the baby would be Implanted with an Air Pressure Device in order to increase their abilities with the Bloodline traits and to help concentrate and release their true abilities. Over the years the family has become less shinobi based and more like the regular villagers. Every once in a while a child with the bloodline trait is born in the village and sent to the main families branch village and trained as a shinobi.  Even a not to great ninja in this family can be a great force, this is why they are still looked upon as being an important Sound Village Family. Besides being able to have the strongest ninja in the village, any ninja with their Bloodline trait is considered a great asset to a team due to his/her abilities.  But every once in a while a “true bloodline” child would be born, blind but with more potential then any other in the family or village.  This child would be nameless except when given a name for missions.  Only one is likely to be born every 15-25 years.  This child was taught only by the best in the family as he would most likely be the strongest ninja in the village.

Secret History And Cause of War: They were once part of the Wind Country Sand Village 75 years ago.  Then they discovered that they had a Kekkei Genkia unlike the other wind users of the village.  The only thing was they were considered to be the lowest ranked family and shinobi in the village since some members would end up blind, had very low tolerance for sound, and their were also no jutsus that were directly linked for their abilities and no one willing to take the time to limit themselves to train them since they had a low tolerance for their needs.  So this caused them to be the lowest family in the village and in turn weren’t allowed to train as extensively.  They decided to leave the village and create their own village since they knew if the village was ever to find out about their Kekkei Genkia they would definently become slaves to the military since the village was in a war at the time with other villages.  The Sand Village didn’t seem to care to be losing this low ranked family since they had bigger problems to deal with so they let them leave with no problems.  But before they left since they were the lowest family in the village and served many higher up shinobi and families they stole many secret scrolls both in jutsus and other village secrets like detailed maps of the land, village, secret family histories, and other highly classified information.  Also the family had members in classified development projects making ways to enhance wind abilities taking that along with them to the sound village.  This is believed to be the cause to why the Sound and Sand villages have been at war for the past 10 years, that and since the family turned out to be so strong they might hold grudges against the family and in turn the village.

Current Leader Story: Sara of the Light is 28 years old and the current leader of the family village, and representation for the family in council. The 2nd and 3rd of the family are 37 and 60 years of age, the younger one was the leader of the family up until 5 years ago when Sara won the duel for control, they were both very strong but in the end she managed to win by an extremely unusual attack. She attacked using what is described by the village as an explosion made of fire and light. This is one way she gained her nickname.  Besides that skill she is also an master with the sword, in combination with her spin fighting technique this is believed to have given her the edge on becoming the 1st.

Family Rank System: This family has adopted a rank system which is determined by several categories; jutsu strength and accuracy, jutsu known, knowledge, tiajutsu, diplomacy, leadership, field strategies, history, and ability to work with others.  After all this if they are equal or just below they can get the chance to still become higher by getting the top 10 family members to vote for a chance for them to battle the person who holds the rank they are trying to get and the winner will receive that rank, but both fighters have to be at 100% before the battle begins.

Family Training: When you are first identified as having the bloodline you and possible your parents will be moved the main village.  Their, you will start the training to become a shinobi for the sound village and learn about your bloodline.  You will be implanted with the air pressure devices in order to use your abilities to their fullest.  Normal bloodline users will be implanted with the device but with only 2 exits, while the rare blind children of the bloodline will be implanted with multiple exits all over their body.  The reason for this is the holes are also used as a way for the child to feel and listen to sound and pressure better and in turn helping the child to “see” the surroundings.  This requires a higher amount of training by for this individual so they train on a constant rate with the higher ranked family members, especially those that were in the same boat as them.  Then the ninja is sent to the academy with other children.  After school sometimes they will be trained in higher bloodline skills in order to hone their beginner skills as well as learn to properly fight.  This mostly happens to the blind child since it is hard to coop with their abilities and disabilities.  After a few years before they graduate they are tested in the family to gage their strength and skills.  Then depending on their skills they are given a rank in the family.  This is the first test, after graduation from academy tests they are tested again in order to decide who the best are in the family.  Out of all tested one will be chosen to be highly trained in the 3 main family houses both in ninja training as well as information and training in their own family abilities.  They will be paired up with the chosen from the other houses and trained constantly until they are considered Chuunin by the 4 in charge of the village.

Sound Village Secret Files: Even though the village is now ruled by a Kage the three families are usually the deciding votes on who it will be and what will happen in the village. They choose a person outside the three families as the Villages Head but also make decisions for the village. The three families are part of the main council for the village. As such they “were allowed” to take the strongest of the village and instead of normal ninja duties after becoming a Genin were takin aside and trained by the three families in a much more tougher and thorough trainings.

The three families are the strongest ninja in the village but sometimes another student would be as strong or stronger and then would be included on the three man teams as a forth, as well as adopted and trained by the families. This was considered to be the highest achievement for a Genin in the Sound Village. Usually the extra individual would also be chosen as the next Kage “by chance”. This also guaranteed the three families a shared control of the village.

Stage One: It is known if you have the trait due to a sensitivity to noise.

Stage Two: Eventually you gain the ability to hear frequencies above and below the normal hearing for humans and ability to hear long distances. You are capable of hearing heart beats. You also might gain the ability to feel sound like vibrations through an object. Everyone in clan is capable of this ability.

Stage Three: The ability is gained in most, you are capable of feeling the pressure in the air caused by anything. You can even feel the pressure individuals create when gathering or using their chakra. With enough training and knowledge of chakra in the body you are capable of localizing exact location chakra is and how you can effect it using your abilities without going to stage four.

Stage Four: Only some are capable of getting to this level. You are now capable of interpreting sound and pressure waves and are capable of effecting them in many different ways. You can cause them to be stopped completely, you can cause them to be slowed, or reflected. You are even capable of changing sounds. With pressure you can do this and even cause it to become increased or decreased which can cause a magnitude of abilities. You even start to gain an ability to effect other wave forms.

Ultimate Stage: Always gained by the “True Bloodline” members and a very very limitedly by others can tap into this ability. You have the ability to take in and effect all and any wave forms; movement, sound, pressure, vibration, light, radiation, etc.  You can Feel, manipulate, and even destroy these wave forms. Even though it is more difficult to effect chakra influenced forms, you can still have some influence on them especially when close to you . This ability also allows you to use your skills almost like genjutsu, ninjutsu, and taijutsu combinations. This ability almost acts as a way of seeing the world around you perfectly for the first time. *Requires extremely well trained minds in both education and Chakra*

Bloodline Special: If blindness occurred before birth there is a chance all these abilities will be enhanced to an extreme, if a normal person can hear someone speaking normally at 10 feet away then the bloodline can hear you at 50 feet away but a person with the special circumstances can hear them at almost half a mile away if ability is extreme enough. It can become enhanced over time but only 2-3 have ever reached this maximum at a young age. With bloodline Special all stages can be used to an extreme only limited by the users mind.

If blind you are also capable of learning and using correctly these bloodline traits at a much faster pace then normal members.

This blindness is believed to happen due to the massive amount of chakra the person has and with it being focused on every other part of the body that it causes the eyes to not develop.

Physical Changes: No real physical changes except when and if Implanted with an Air Pressure Device. Sometimes the user can focus chakra so well and have huge amounts it could cause the spots on the air pressure device to glow many different colors.

Personality: Sara: Sara is a highly intelligent person able to break down situations and find the best path to complete what is needed. She seems to have great stategy skills, giving her a great chance to become a leader in the future, the only problem is she is shy and doesn't like to be around large groups. She often is doing her own thing, studing, or training is usually done by herself with the kitsune. She often follows it around which can lead to new situations and ventures. She likes to roam around but often stays away from groups of people. She is quite interested in all things Shinobi, often watching Stronger ninja practice and learning from them at a distance. She makes friends easiliy due to the kitsune's personality.
Personality: Demon kitsune: The kitsune is Sara's Companion of sorts. It is quite intellgent itself, fast, strong, and agile. It uses Sara's genjutsu ability and its own abilities to give itself the ability to Form a body outside Sara's. It shares the same memories as Sara and can even gain its own. It prefers to venture around, having Sara chase after it sometimes leading her into situations. It is usually always present near Sara, training along side her and watches others as well. What Sara doesn't relise is others Animal Companions are controlled by their users unlike hers. It likes to be near strong shinobi sometimes leading Sara to situations she normally wouldn't get into. It has a playful attitude and prefers to be in semi large groups. It is very curious, sometimes getting Sara in trouble, But never in anything to serious yet. In the few situations it's gotten Sara it becomes quite firce, teleporting around or creating clones of itself using genjutsu to scare off enemies (animals, or a child thief or etc).

Even though the Gogyo Fuuin/Kaiin [Five Elements Seal/Unseal] is placed her it is sealing the elements inside of Sara, this is why it is able to be done.

Description: An advance form of the Jutsu Breakdown Ability. It can now reconstruct jutsu for possible use using genjutsu as the Medium. This allows more precise use of jutsu in genjutsu form. A secondary effect of this allows for more congnitive abilities of enemy jutsu. This is the reason why Uchiha's are known as Copy ninja or of knowing 1000 techniques or Mirror Ninja. This is similar to the more final steps of the basic Sharingan. This allows the user to dodge attacks by predicting when and what is coming. It can eventually become possible to copy a technique seen before at the same time as the enemy and even finish before they do, causing confusion. Breakdown to cause these effects. Ninjutsu=14 for S Class, 10 for A Class, 6 for B class, 4 for C class, 2 For D class. At 1/4 point can predict whats coming and possible dodge whats coming after shot, 1/2 can predict whats coming before shot(Hand Signs), at 3/4 can feal what Element Class of jutsu is coming and start figuring way to dodge it)(Tiajutsu is at Half these numbers)(Genjutsu is nonexsistent)(this can also help her to actually learn the moves)

Description: Allows a genjutsu use of ninjutsu and tiajutsu that causes the normal effects of them. Similiar to this is the Uchiha Sharingan, Mangekyou Sharingan and Enternal Mangekyou Sharingan. This is why users of these are referred to Copy ninja or of knowing 1000 techniques. When the jutsu is broken down and understood fully. The diffrence for Sara is she can then transmit it as a genjutsu and cause the same effects as the jutsu. The diffrenece is this require the enemy to be under the genjutsu or it would render this useless. The plus side though is it requires less chakra, or more accuratly, you control is so high since you understand the jutsu you can use these abilities using the exact amount needed or even use more chakra to an exact,no wasted chakra, to make it more powerful then a normal everyday user could.
Eventually with further Seal Breakdown, Sara will start to gain this ability as the Demon kitsune makes it's presence more known to her.

Background:
History is unknown by anyone. She was born outside somewhere near the Hidden Leaf Village. Her mother was a Uchiha leaf ninja but her father’s history is unknown, even their relationship was unknown by all. When she was born her mother was killed while giving birth. When the girl was born, black lighting like flames appeared around the baby, this is what killed the mother. Her father, who was present during the birth, placed a Gogyo Fuuin/Kaiin [Five Elements Seal/Unseal] with a strong regenerative ability, which suppressed this Dark Chakra then entered her mind in order to discover what was the cause of this, but immediately after, he placed a Infuin [Shadow Seal] with 9 points and a regenerative ability on the child suppressing and sealing what ever it was that created this chakra. No one knows what happened to him, whether placing the seals on her killed him, whether what was inside of her finished him off as a final act of vengeance, or if he ran away before the village could capture him. This is where her history as far as anyone knows begins…

She somehow appeared at the front gate of the Leaf Village in the early morning just as the Front Gate ninja came to work. She was rushed to the hospital and given a clean bill of health. The village had no idea what to do with her. This type of situation was very very rare so they had no idea what to do. The Kage of the village decided to send her to a Secret Base that was filled with Medical and Genjutsu Students run by a Sannin of the leaf village.

So she was raised here by the person in charge of the school. Sara often went with the head master, who was a skilled Medical Ninja and had some Great Genjutsu Abilities. Rumours said she was a Sannin that had fought in many wars and saved just as many lives as she extinguished. She was said to be the strongest ninja the village ever had, at the very least during those times. But now she taught the next Generation of great ninja, and occasionally did secret missions that the Kage asked her to do. But most of the time she spent running the school.

Sara would often would play with the other older children and sometimes stay in the classes and watch/participate in the genjutsu classes. Often she would stay in the Genjutsu Endurance/Mastery Class for Rank C Genjutsu user and watch as the older children learned. She was so interested in this class because the first thing for that class to do was to create an “animal partner” that you were required to maintain almost at all times until you graduated from the school. She would often visit the class and see the student ninja interact with there own “animal partners”, as well as other objects, other people, as well as others “animal partners”. She was so amused by this class she would often visit it when it was in session.

The next day she went to the class again and as they started to play with her the teacher noticed something odd. Apparently there was a new “Animal Partner” that she had never seen before. She started to ask the class, who’s it was but no one answered. Then she noticed it was mostly hanging around the little girl. She asked Sara if it was her and she nodded. She seemed confused by this and said, “well it is a very cute little fox” and she walked away and the children continued to play, she left the class and returned with the Headmaster who was also confused to see such a young girl capable of producing an “animal guide”. After the class was they visited the Genjutsu School’s Teacher Lounge and presented her abilities to all of them to see what they thought, they were all surprised to see the little girl able to produce the animal and maintain it. What they were so confused by was she was 1/3 the age of the other students and barely able to talk yet she managed to create it all by herself in just a matter of days and had no genjutsu teaching prior. Soon after that she was officially enrolled in the school, as the youngest student to have ever been enrolled, at the age of 3. By the time she was 4 and a half she was already starting to learn at a Genjutsu level of Rank D. She wasn’t a full time student since she was still considered to young to do everything that the older first year 9 year old students did, also having to go to basic teaching studies like any 4 year old would have to she obviously had to left out of certain classes, so on her free time Sara would still join the Headmaster in her classes and on her rounds around the school.

She noticed that Sara also seemed to show an interest in medical ninja arts. She was about 1/4 of the age of the students here and wasn’t allowed to participate in the classes but was allowed to sit in, watch, and learn what the students here learned. She managed to pick up a lot of basic medical information and defence/attacking skills they learned.

One day she visited with the headmaster a class of Rank B Genjutsu users, Jutsu Reconizing and Countering class. This is where the students would start to learn to counter ninja arts with genjutsus. She noticed a very few of the students had these decks of cards instead of writing. She started to ask the headmaster about them and she showed Sara hers. The next day the headmaster gave her a deck of cards and showed her how to use them over the week. She managed to pick it up quite well and had started to fill the cards almost immediately. She sat in on this class when ever they were in session.

Sara was 3 years old now and she was wondering around outside waiting for her guardian to pick her up for the daily tour of the school. She was hoping to go to the Genjutsu Endurance/Mastery Class. They had just finished the part of the class where they created the animals but now they were still learning how to control them properly and interact with other genjutsu pets. She really enjoyed this but she wished she could join in their fun. Then something odd happened. She felt a sudden surge of energy. But she didn’t know what it was so she just continued doing her little thing while waiting.

A few minuets later they started their tour. As they finished with most of the upper class genjutsu classes they came up the class she wanted to visit the most. They walked in and evaluated everyone’s current ability. Seemed like everyone was going on schedule. The kids started to play with Sara. When it was time to move onto the next class Sara asked if she could stay a while. Sara was allowed to stay so she continued playing with the other children and they practiced using their abilities. Their were 4 children in the class but seemed to be 5 animals. No one noticed for some time until it was almost time for the end of class and the teacher noticed the new addition. She asked who’s it was but no one answered. She started to think that some other student in the school was outside the classroom and sent in their pet to possible cause some problems. She checked outside but nothing. Then she walked back in and started to examine the animal. It seemed to be a little baby fox, that had goldish orange eyes, bright red fur with black on its paws and some parts on its face, and silver on its tail end. She had been teaching this class for as long as any student has currently been here and never seen it before. She noticed that it hanged around Sara a lot. She thought to herself their was no way Sara, a three year old with no prior training could possible create such an distinct animal and also able to have it interact with others. She asked Sara if the animal was hers. Sara wasn’t sure how to answer, then she looked into the eyes of the animal and it seemed familiar. She decided to shake her head yes. The teacher seemed even more confused by this. She politely answered that it was very cute and left to fetch the headmaster.

Since no one in the Leaf village (or any village but Wind) knows anything about the Ozanaru clan, no one from their has any clue to how or why she can do the things she does, just that she is precieved as a natural and gifted Genjutsu user.
