Chouso was sitting on a high counter, kicking his legs around. He was seven, and his father wanted him to start learning how to be an blacksmith. "Pay attention son, not being able to stand still will be be detrimental to you when weapon crafting." his father tells him. His father lectured him for an hour, telling him the intricies of forging. Chouso comes down to observe better, once his dad stops speaking. After finishig the katana he's working on, he pulls a box under the anvil. He picks Chouso and places him on it, also handing him a hammer. "Alright son, do as I told you. You're not good enough to make a katana, but a regular sword should be at your skill level. It was a rather small hammer, sized for a younger blacksmith. Chouso firmly gripped it, and recieves a partially done sword from his father. His work show that he understood most of what his father said, he had only needed to be corrected few times. Although he knew how to do it right, the finished sword was sub par. "Good work son. You'll be just as good as your brother if you keep at this."
End Flashback
He grins, remembering the first weapon he created. For the most part anyways. He rubs his hand on his wakizashi, though nameless it was his best work yet. It was time for him the make an elemental masterpiece. He leans over and start running his hands through the water. He pulls what can best be described as a club of water from the river. "Too big, needs to be refined." he lets it go liquid again. "Only the outer part was solid anyways. First something simple." He puts his hand in the water and focuses himself. He pulls his hand out and withdraws a staff made out of water. He weighs it in his hand, and it drips heavily as he does so. "Not stable enough."
YuweaCurtis
Chouso let's the water fall through his hands, and he stretches a little. He sits down crossed legged on the water, and runs his hand through it to attune himself to it. "Alright," he puts his arm into the water and appears to be pulling on something, although there's nothing to be seen. He pulls up a thick pole of water, and weighs is in his hand. It was still a bit drippy, but managable. He runs his hand over it, perfecting it's form and hardness with his own chakra. He starts etching artistic patterns into the staff, testing his own ability in crafting. Satisfied with how this staff was forming, he preceeded to gentley whittle away the staff into a thinner and sharper form.

It wasn't long before he had the general form of a katana formed in his hand. It was now time to refine it, make it more deadly and beautiful as the same time. He experiments with different types of blade edges, occasionally dipping is back into the lake to accumulate more water. "This is perfect," he found a straight edge to be his best option. He looks out the handle, and concentrates hard. His free hand dips into the water and he trails a ribbon of water, which seems to solidfy into a type of silk. He firmly wraps this around the blades handle and it merges into the weapon. Chouso looks out into the distance for a moment, then back at the weapon. Shadows of younger looking nekojin appear on the silkened handle. "This will be known as Kirijin, now to deepen my connection with it."

Name: Element Form Weapon
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: A bloodline or bijuu strongly connected to the particular element choosen.
Description: The user pulls one element together into a solid weapon. The particular name depends on the element choosen, normally the release name of the element and "buki" or the name of the weapon type. The element is in all ways the weapon it's created from, but damage dealt may be effected by it's type. There's also a shadow release of this which can be used by Naras and those with like bloodlines.

"Mizu Bunshin," Chouso creates five water clones. He holds his weapon up in preparation to defend himself. The best way to get used to a weapon is combat experience. He had used katanas before, but he was more used to the wakizashi. He formed the clone with wakazashis in hand. He would have better range, but they would know how to use them better. He wanted a challenge after all. All five clone closed in on him, and he placed the blade to his side. Using his hand as a makeshift sheath, his used iaijutsu to try and kill one off quickly. It dodges slightly to the side, and pushes his blade to the side before he could "resheath" it. That and the others come down on his with a slash. "Impressive," he said, using replacement to leave behind a ball of water. He didn't know that mizu bunshin where so effective as warriors, but the indeed had a portion of his talent with the blade. And a sense of teamwork as well.
YuweaCurtis
"Barely escaped," he says as he reappears a few feet away. He runs at the clones, which turn around in just enough time to see him coming. He jumps into the middle of them, trying to break their ranks with his breaking waves style. They expertly parry his wide attack swings and one he trips manages to roll to it's feet, and make it where his blow wasn't a direct hit. He slashs through one's legs and it disperses back into harmless water. He mentally commands them to step back, then forms another clone. He would fight no less than five, he needed to get used to fighting crowds. His one on one skills where superior, but he wanted to make sure multiple enemies wouldn't slow him down much.
YuweaCurtis
All the clones disappear in a spray of water. The reappear surrounding him and use their iaijutsu skill to strike him quickly from all sides. He had no time to avoid this, and he takes five rather deep cuts. "Shimmata!" he recoils in pain, jumping back out of the ring of Chouso. He takes a defensive posture, waiting for them to approach him this time. He grins as they attack, sidestepping them with almost dance like perfection. He uses a small wave of water the cut their view from him. He uses a lightning fast cut that parts the wave and fells another clone. He drops down into the lake as the others push forward. He reaches up and pulls one under, stabbing it in the chest. The three remain shunshin off a bit, and one creates two more mizu bunshin. "And now to up the ante a bit, as well as train using another skill. Kirigakure no Jutsu." Mist raises and spreads from the lake densely covering the area.

He needs to work on picking up movement, without relying on his eyesight. He still has his hearing and smell. Also as a Churitsu, he had the ability to sense things on the water though it was a weak sense. He takes his headband, and puts it around his eyes. Granted this would take away his ability to even see movement in the mist. But is he can do it blindfolded, he can certainly do it without the blindfold. Since he had decided to blindfold himself, he dismissed the mist. Maybe he was foolish for handicapping himself so badly, but oh well. He ordered his clones to attack one at a time, but still in a rapid string so he didn't have a chance to rest. He decided to rely heavily on Yureru Nami, until he got good feel for fighting blindly. He feel movement towards him and does half spin as he steps back. A wave of water comes from his left side, taking his attacker by suprise. By judging the splash of the water, he stabs at the clone and barely misses it's shoulder. The clone jumps away and another takes its place, using it's tail to sweep Chouso. He lands briskly in the water, instinctively rolling to the side as the clone trys to take advantage of the opening.
YuweaCurtis
He rolls up to his feet, momentarily looking down at Kirijin. He knew it had more potential, he just had to find and unlock it through his combat experience. He rushs toward the general direction of the last clone that had attacked him. He attacks with a few wide yet precise arcs, but his clone blocks one, dodges the next. The clone parries his blade and stabs into his left shoulder slightly. Chouso quickly draws his own wakazashi, destroying it in a spray of mist. He brings his Kirijin back to his side and sheaths the short sword, listening for the next attack.
He faintly picks up the footsteps of one approaching to his back right. A stream of water shots at him, and fortunately it's pretty loud. He steps turns around while stepping to the side, holding his blade up to block the clone's attack. It was an instinctive assumption, that proved to be right. He pushs his blade up, in an effort to knock over the clone. When he does so, the Kirijin emits a high pitched sound which seems to disturbs the clone's balance. Chouso pushs the clone back and off it's feet, then preceeds to follow the clone. He appears behind it, and sticks his blade behind his back. The clone flies into it and turns into a small burst of water.
YuweaCurtis
Chouso smiles, pointing his blade outward after turning around. He was pointing in a direction that none of the clones where in, which made him look a bit ridiculous. "Seems I've found something, but I think there's more this can do." He decides this is enough blind practice for the moment and removes his headband. He has the three remaining clones attack him, still taking a mostly defensive posture. The three attack him simultaneously and he does his best to dodge them as he walks backwards. He shifts his feet for a moment and goes a bit offensive with rapid stabbing attacks. Although he hits with none of his attacks, this disrupts them enough to mess up the advantage they had just finish pressing. He collects their blades with his own, resulting in a four part blade lock. His blade seems heavier than is should, like it was made of a greater amount of water. He jumps back, pulling Kirijin from the blade lock. It had grown no larger, so he didn't know what to do. As the three rushed him, he decides to release this extra water. He swing the blade, which release a pressurize crescent of water. This projectile destroys on of three clones, the remaining stepping back and staring at him. He looks at Kirijin, noticing the edge had become serrated. "Not my style, but it'll work."

Name: Element Bound Weapon
Type: Ninjustu
Rank: A
Requirements: A bloodline or bijuu strongly connected to the particular element choosen, Element Form Weapon
Description: This increases the shinobi's connection to their weapon, allowing for two effects. Firstly, they may absorb the weapon into themselves saving the chakra it takes to make it and also making it perminate. Secondly the weapon receives two special effects. These effects are basic and either have something to do with the owners bloodline or the element's general nature (Wind blows aways, unquechable fire burns, dust blinds, etc.)
Spoiler:
Name: Kirijin
Description: A crystal clear blue katana that has a silk grip. Embroidered on the grip is shadow of what looks like baby Nekojin swimming about. It's really the more primative version of them, or how they where believed to look. The cutting edge has small serrations in it. Despite It's appearance, it's composed of water and chakra and can be absorbed into the owner's body. It cuts like it was made out of tempered steel. This blade has two special abilities.
Sonic Manipulation - This blade has the ability to channel soundwaves through it. This does nothing itself, but allows the user to do jutsu that require the melody tuning arm and palm implants. You still have to learn this jutsu, as normal.
Mizu Tenshou - This is a 6 foot crescent shaped water projectile that can be created by swinging the sword. This projectile is pressurized water that deals mostly bludgeoning force damage. This ability does take an average amount of chakra, but one can increase it's size and force by pouring more into it.

He lets go of Kirijin, it dispersing into mist and absorbing into him. Glade to see the worked, he makes his way back into town. He had taken some pretty bad hits from himself, so he headed home to tend to his wounds. Once he gets inside he grabs his med kit. He sits in the middle of his bedroom and starts cleaning the cuts and stab wounds. He understands shinobi need to be able to work with such wounds, but he decides there's no need in overexterting himself for jutsu practice. He takes the next day off, doing nothin but walking around and observing the villagers. As he goes through town, he thinks about the fact he knows no Village techniques and the fact Kirijin can indeed produce sound of sorts.
The next day he's standing on the lake, like always. He has Kirijin and a single Mizu Bunshin out, ready to test his sound manipulation skills. He holds the blade in both hands, circulating chakra into his weapon to influence small vibrations in it. He does this more and more faster, until it emits a low hum. She swings at the clone, tapping the handle to give it and extra burst of charka when it's over the clone's head. "Well then, move." Chouso commanded his double. It walks forward, in staggering side to side motion. Seeing it's equalibrium is off, he dimisses it. "Next a projectile technique."

Kyoumeisen [Vibrating Sound Drill]
Rank: C
Requirements: Sound Creating Weapon
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja uses sound waves above one hundred and fifty megahertz to disorient an opponent by attacking their inner ear, causing violent dizziness and sometimes nausea. In some cases, damage to the eardrum can occur, creating a long-lasting advantage in battle. The attacking ninja takes a swing at their opponent intending to be dodged. Once the sound weapon is directed towards the opponent, it is tapped, producing sound waves that the ninja then manipulates with chakra, guiding it to the inner ear of their opponent.

He walks over the some stones that are gathered in an area on the side of the lake. He makes his blade hum once again, and swings at the rocks. The rocks vibrates rather slightly, not enough for the average human eye to catch. "That was weak," he says. He has to be able to more freely control the sound, it was more than mere accerelation for a low hum. A sudden burst of sound was easily enough, but this was a combination of supersonics and air pressure. He swings again, actually doing a little damage to the rock. "Scream silently," he pressurize his blade. He wasn't familiar with air pressure, but water pressure was similiar enough. He layers the sound manipulation with the pressure and swings it from his blade. It launches, and destroy a decent amount of rock.

Zankuha [Decapitating Air Wave]
Rank: D
Requirements: Implanted Air Pressure Device
Description: A jutsu which allows the user to freely control supersonic sound waves and air pressure with a device implanted into one or both of their arms. These blasts are powerful enough to destroy stone. If the tubes needed to release the waves are clogged, they will explode.
YuweaCurtis
"Alright, now to the next level." He didn't see why the Zankukyokuha was considered another jutsu, it was really just a glorified Zankuha. Oh well, time to learn it. He swings, attacking the rock with supersonic force again. The breakage of rock was bigger, but not Zankukyokuha strong. He thinks about the one time he saw it used by another sound shinobi. He takes a combat stance and glares at the rock. Although it was simple, it was a technique born out of desperation. So he had to put most of his determination behind it. "Zankukyokuha!" he swings down and a gust of wind decimates the rocks in front of him. "That was simple," he says to himself.

Zankukyokuha [Extreme Decapitating Air Waves]
Rank: C
Requirements: Zankuha [Decapitating Air Wave], Implanted Air Pressure Device
Description: A more powerful version of the Zankuha, the user creates a massive gust of cutting wind capable of totaling the surrounding area, wiping out anything in the way.

Chouso nods in approval of the jutsu's power. He forms another clone, this one having a copy of Kirijin. He decided he needs to work on his Iaijutsu, especially with the longer reach of the katana. He and his clone practice withdrawning the blade from there sides. Even though he didn't have sheathe for it, the same principle applies. He wasn't trying to out do or fight his clone, he was simply using it to gauge his speed. Doing it and having the clone do it will provide him better insight by giving him both aspects, on doing it and it being done to him. They didn't hit each other, rather stopped their swords short of each other.
YuweaCurtis
Still not wanting to start a full blown training session, he and his clone start trying to strike each others blades. They each try to avoid getting hit while simultaneously attacking. Of course this was near impossible, but trying to do so will improve is draw speed. The blades clash multiple times in midair, the clear blades refracting the noon light beautifully. He practiced for hours on end, steadily increasing his speed at which he resheathed. "Alright," he dimissed the water clone and jumps off the lake towards a large tree bark. It was dead, so he decides to pratice on it. He takes a battle stance in front of the tree, sword at his side.
YuweaCurtis
He brings his sword from his side quickly, deeply cutting the large dead stump. He brings is sword back to his side. He would need to up his speed in order to do a two part slash. Chouso's eyes momentarily stray off and look into the lake. "Somethings coming." he saying someone was approaching then, but rather something event wise. He shakes his head and looks once more at dead bark in front of him. He draws again, twisting his arm in mid draw. His arm goes limb partially, as he stops from the pain of straining his wrist. He holds it for an moment, then trys agian. Once again he hurts his wrist, but trys again. After during the elventh try he gets it, his blade turning as he brings his weapon back to his side. He looks at the setting sun, and uses Mizu Shunshin to return to the village.

Name: One Strike, Two Cuts
Type: Tai
Rank: B
Requirements: Iaijutsu Fighting Style
Description: This improves the lethalness of the iaijutsu quick draw. It trains the shinobi to be able to flick his wrist in a quick motion, without twisting it too much. When the shinobi is using the quick draw they make a second cut when bringing their weapon back into the sheath. This is quicker then what a normal human eye can detect, even with eye techniques it will appeared blurred. This can be used with a normal swing as well, as long as the blade is returned to it's original position (this is when the second cut occurs after all) and you're Jounin or higher.
