Tied around his head is his Oto-nin headband.

Background: Born and Raised in the Land of Rice Fields, also known as the Land of Sound, Tatsuki began his ninja training at age 5. While his skills weren't poor, and was roughly average for the academy, he didn't have any specialty or bloodline to give him an edge. Throughout his academy years, he was unable to discover a hidden talent to build his skills upon, and after 7 years at the academy, shortly after his Academy Graduation Test and receiving his head band, in traditional Otogakure fansion, he underwent the operation to get his hands implanted with air tubes which will take advantage of his charka... but he has yet to realize his full potential.

Well, I'd love to be more creative, but I'm not allowed to make Jutsu until Chuunin rank, and since I can't make new jutsu (well, I guess I could, but technically I'm starting over), I can't start going into the uniqueness of this character... at least not within the RP.

As you may notice, his Element is Fire, but he doesn't plan to know any Katon Jutsu. That's because I plan on taking an somewhat unique approach to Katon Jutsu, which will shoot fire out of the air tubes in his arms instead of his mouth. However, as I need to learn the basic moves from which my character will gain the skills to use the new moves, I can't reveal any of this within the character at the time.

As for the appearance, I don't want too complex an outfit, for that doesn't suite the character, nor does it suite a ninja. Still, I'll add a few extra details to the outfit if you think it's too simple.
