Appearence: Takuto has medium long black hair that cuts down to his upper back. His eyes seem to give off an expression of bordem or lack of interest. He would be considered cute by most girls, yet he wouldn't be their first pick, he doesn't much care for his looks because of his attitude. Takuto wears a black sleeveless shirt that can never be fully seen, due to the fact that it resides underneath a reddish-brown martial arts robe always open revealing the undershirt. His forehead protector can be seen across the front of his belt when he is not wearing it on his forehead. His pants are black and slightly baggy, yet they are light a light material.

Description: Kawarimi is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobi. The user taps into their chakra and exchanges places with an object of similiar weight and/or size. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other jutsus or attacks to create massive damage if done properly.

Description: Henge is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Genin. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other jutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique].

The user must first gather chakra into his hand and mouth. The mouth then shoots out fire and one hand is placed just out of the lips to control it into one intensely hot fireball. This attack is similar to a huge devastating flamethrower.

Description: The user moves at a quick speed to appear one place to another and move short distances in a means of a quick flicker of their body hence the technique's name. A move that is commonly used by the average ninja in combat as they quickly move about the field.

Description: The user will be able to disappear from previous current position in a flurry of leaves and reappear elsewhere. The distance they reappear to depend on the amount of chakra they choose to use.

Description: The user concentrates onto the soles of their feet and coats them with a layer of chakra. Once this is done, the user will then be able to walk up any tree like they are walking up a regular foot path.

Description: The user focuses their chakra to the soles of their feet and step onto the water. From the surface of the liquid, they would then need to be able to measure the amount of chakra it would take to support their weight along the surface of the water without sinking. Once this is mastered, the user would be able to easily walk on water.

Background:
Takuto is the type of boy who never raises his hand in class, doesn't look to see what other people are doing, and hardly ever blinks for some reason. He doesn't have any friends he can really talk with, nor is there anyone he relates to. He just sits at his desk as if he's just blending in with everyone else. His mom works at a salon, and comes home with a different hair style each evening, and his dad is a medic-nin of some kind, not one of the higher ups, but he plays his part in the service to society. A lot of his elders never seem to be concerned about his isolated behavior as they have some kind of understanding for him. After all, if you're one of best, that just means more pressure to do better, people come to expect more from you, and you're often the one the bad shinobi want to kill first. So blending in with everyone else has it's good points.
Takuto lives in an average house hold, well, average in Konoha anyway. He does have a baby sister, but she is just that, a baby. After class he always comes home and practices his ninjutsu, since he never has anyone to practice taijutsu with. And if not practicing, he's either meditating or taking care of the baby when his mom and dad go out, which they do more often than they should, but hey, doesn't bother him. Regardless of his facal expression, he may smetimes care more than he wants those around him to believe, but no one really knows that.
He graduated the ninja academy with average to below average grades, but was ok after talking it over with his teacher.
The ultimate test is soon to arise, once placed on a team of two other genin like himself. It is unsure if things will go smoothely for him and his team, or if he has to worry about osmeone messing it up for the rest of them. Either way, he'll do what he can to get the job done without having to suffer for it.

Takuto stared blankly at the chalkboard, his chuunin sensei talking about to the class about the importance of decieving the enemy.

"Now class, who can tell me the best way to take your oppenent by suprise? Anyone?"

The instructor looked around the class, some kids avoiding eye contact as the y did not know the answer, others raising their hands as if there was no tomarrow, and others like Takuto just waiting for an answer.

"Let's see... Takkun, what do you think?"

Takuto adjusted his posture a bit so he was sitting up straight and slightly tilted his head to face the instructor.

"I dunno..."

"Well, try and imagine it in your head, how would you take an enemy by suprise?"

"...um...

"As in, you attack before he has a chance to notice you."

"..."

The instructor hung his head in a commedic dissapointment with a single large drip of sweat running down his forehead.

"C'mon Takkun, take a guess, something, anything."

"...uh, set a trap for him?"

"Ok good, that's a start, now what kind of trap would you set?"

"I dunno, one that explodes... I guess."

"Ok... well, guess what everyone, I want you to write me a small essay on the question I just asked you. You don't have to do it write now, but turn it in tomarrow since class is over about now, you all stay safe and have a good rest of the day."

The students all began rushing out of their seats and heading for the door, happy now that class was over, but some bummed about the essay. The instructor shuffled his papers in order before paking them away and heading out the class. He walked out of the building and around the play ground when he saw Takuto standing in the distance, Takuto appeared as if he was trying to stay hidden, but the instructor was a chuunin and could notice him easily. He head over to the tree where Takuto was hiding and attempted to talk with him about his answers in class. Takuto turned to look at him but vanished instantly as he was really a bunshin, the instructor stopped immediately and jumped out of the way of a chucked behive comming from behind, he dare not cut it as to upset the bees but instead moved out of the way as it was moving too fast to affect him. He smiled seeing Takuto in a throwing stance. The behive burst into a cloud of smoke as it was Takuto holding a kunai, he threw it at his sensei at close range and hit him on the wood. Wait, wood?

"I see you had an answer after all Takkun, could always use improvement, but good work otherwise, you should consider yourself lucky, how many teachers you know compliment you after you attack with deadly force."

Takuto smiled in gratitude to his instructor and bowed his head slightly, even though the chuunin had a kunai at Takuto's throat. He had used the kawarimi no jutsu and switched with a log when Takuto threw the kunai, and was able to take Takuto by suprise instead.

"Thank you sensei, I am honored to learn from one such as yourself."

"Anytime." He said smiling.
"See you tomarrow Takkun, and yes I still want you to write the essay."

"Yes sensei."

The instructor walked away as Takuto was left standing there, however, it was not him, but also a log. Takuto was actually over by the playground away from the little battle. He'd pulled his kawarimi just in time, yet his sensei was content enough with his attempt to over power, even if his final move was to escape getting hurt.

So this character is never going to have a Bloodline, right? You have to be sure, because you can't decide out of thin air that you do want a Bloodline with this character. Decide carefully.
