Background: Takatsu is the youngest member in the Fengsheng Clan main branch is also part of the main family, being the son of its Former-Leader Takara Fengsheng, and the brother of the current Leader Tenma Fengsheng. Takatsu started his training with his parents and brother learning to control his chakra and put some in reserve. Takatsu's unique ability to reuse chakra is one the Clan has been trying to duplicate for the longest. Being able to control his chakra at his highest level without overdoing it Takatsu's training brings him to working on his Bloodline Mizugama which his brother teaches him. Being the youngest in the clan gives him his advantages. The Clan will protect the youth at all ends. The elderly look at him as a man and teach him all their valuable wisdom. Takatsu is know 14 and is allowed to attend the accademy to further his skills as a shinobi hopefully one day to live his dream as leader of his caln as his brother is now and father before him.

1. What are "Mizugama and Kirasama" Bloodlines......?

2. Exploding Tags are Chuunin and up. And put down approx. how many Kunais/Shurikens you're carrying.

3. Tweak your stengths down. You can't have "enhanced vision", great Chakra control, large amount of Chakra, nor very intelligent. You CAN have, however, above-average Chakra control/pool, and intellegence.

4. Jutsus you start off with are "Henge", "Bunshin", and "Kawarimi". And you'll have to take out any of your Bloodline Jutsus that are above D-Ranked and place them in "Jutsus Want to Learn".

Those bloodlines don't exist. We're not accepting custom bloodlines at the moment but we will allow you to have a dormant version for now. Your ethinicity would be Mizu No Kuni. You're strengths and weakness are not balanced; there is too many physical strengths compared to social weaknesses.

Here's what I still see wrong:

1. Put down one or two more Strengths and Weakness (you're only a Genin, you'll have more than just three of each....)

2. You still didn't fix your Jutsus. You only start off with Henge, Bunshin, and Kawarimi, please put the others down in the "Jutsus Want to Learn" section.

3. I don't know how the "Dormancy" of Bloodlines work, but I don't see a problem with that.

God damn it Katsuga, stop putting that. Unless you have a good argument or precedent that specifies 4-5 strengths as necessity stop telling people to do so. And dormancy of the bloodline means you show no signs, have no jutsus nor the limit. However it does exist and you can talk about it.

I got rid of the chakra pool part and I took out the below average flexibility giving me a total of three each. Since OzanaruSyra said that there was no rule specifying 4-5 strength and weakness.
