I already have it pretty much finished in terms of the system but since I have no authority over archives, I have to redo the formatting on it.
RE: Open for constructive criticism, that means no "It's too complex", give me detailed information about what's good/bad about it, because otherwise I wont know what to fix.

I notice your thing doesn't answer Puppets, or Fuuinjutsu users, or even anything about Pets, I know Pets are a thing that are allowed for anyone, but there should still be something about them somewhere in here.

I was planning on adding a fuuin-focused elite trait, but what should I do about puppetry? Should I make it a pursuit and a trait section or just a trait section?

Basically it works side-to-side with the current point system. If you are a major/minor, you get to chose a professional-rank pursuit and a fledgeling-rank pursuit. If you are a specialist, you get to pick one specialist pursuit.

Well, I'm kind of still working on it which is why the WIP is in the title, but I'll create a comprehensive guide and example of how this works in the first post when I get the chance.

If you're going to do a weapon master, it might be easier to do general since there is no chance that you can cover all weapons.
EDIT: And you forgot to put the poll option that says, " I don't like the whole system. Change for change's sake."
