Special Ability Limits/Extra Style Point TrainingOkay...
Once more... there will now be limits on how many special abilities a RPC can have.
E Rank - C Rank = 1 SA
B Rank - A Rank = 2 SA
S Rank (If Trained and not bought) = 3 SA
SS Rank = 4 SA
Also, a special Style point will be awarded to SS Ranks as a specialized 4 Kinjutsu Point training. Allowing them 4 or 3 Points depending on Bloodline. This special training can also be given out to members who deserve it based on their merits on RP or as a special prize in Tourneys or Raffles and the such. This will allow either a second specialization or a new secondary for those with Bloodlines. The trade off is, that you become more susceptible to other styles if you take a Second Specialization. So be wary and make good decisions.

does this rule apply to cstom made abilities? Amegaki has 3 abilities, 3 customs, then, beast controller.

Bloodline Abilities are different from those of the Special Abilities.
