I was wondering about some things for the application.

1. Do you have to be in a village?
2. Do you have to have an element? (I just think it's kind of limiting)
3. What exactly do you mean by strengths and weaknesses?
4. What does it mean by race?

I'd also like to know where the Weapons Scroll is, for posting the starting inventory and main weapons.

1. You must start off in a village but you can later become a missing ninja.
2. Yes. Of course it's limiting but it honestly doesn't really affect you.
3. It's self explanatory. Your characters flaws and benificiencaries.
4. IE Spanish, Caucasion, Asian, etc.

Also, YES, you need an element. Just like on the Anime, every shinobi has an element.

Race, as in Black, White, Hispanic, or Asian. Um, strength's and weaknesses? Think about, Strengths- What makes your strong, and Weaknesses- what makes you weak. It balances out your characters power. Take your time to read things carefully.

Oh, and also, if race is white, asian, watever, than what about ethnicity?

You probably watch the American version of Naruto which means that you aren't that far into the series.

And for the starting inventory thing, I don't see anything mentioned about the amount and types of weapons you can have. I know you can't go above your rank, though, obviously.

Well, ethnicity, is where you are from. If your village is Sunagakure(Hidden Sand) then you come from Kaze no kuni(Wind Country). It's the place where you were born.

There isn't any specific number but we keep you within reasonable limits of what a person might hold.
