Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.

Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Substitution Technique (Basic: Ninjutsu) {E}

Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.

Background: Skyshadow's background is quite as much the same as his ninja partner. He was hatched from his egg when Prowl was only five after an incubation period of about one year. With his ninja partner being at such a young age when Skyshadow hatched, the two seemed to bond to each other so much that it got to the point where they would refuse to play with the other kids. They would go off by themselves and practice their jutsu in solitude. As the two grew they began to become more distant from the other villagers and even their own clan members.
When Skyshadow was 12 and his ninja partner Prowl was 17 they were enlisted with most of the clan on a special mission for the Hokage. Skyshadow and Prowl were hesitant to go, but went anyway for the chance to do some damage and show their skills in the field. The mission started off easy for Skyshadow and Prowl. There job wasn't until nightfall when their skills would be at their best. Skyshadow nor Prowl remember what happened on the mission. All they can remember is waking up in the home of a villager of Kirigakure.
The time spent there was pleasant at first. The villager told of how he was a ninja for the mist and he and his squad found them lying on the ground barely alive. The villager didn't know that Skyshadow and prowl were originally from the Leaf village. Every time he talked Prowl referred to himself as Yoru Ouka, and not as Prowl Raptor. One evening Skyshadow watched as Prowl's chakra started to spark around his body. One of the sparks ignited some straw and caught the small house ablaze in a matter of minutes. In that time Prowl had gathered up some weapons and supplies that were in the house and left. He watched as other villagers came to put out the fire but it was too late for the family inside. Skyshadow listened to the whispers of the villagers taking about Yoru Ouka the strange man who was helped by the villager and repaid it with treachery.
Skyshadow now travels with his partner, who now calls himself Yoru Ouka, as they travel from land to land selling their skills and hunting down other rogue ninja. As with every Bird from the Raptor clan Skyshadow has grown and will continue to grow to a size much bigger then a normal owl. He will continue to grow until he reaches a size where Prowl will be able to ride him through the night sky with ease.

Yeah, five pounds does seem a bit too light for a Great Horned Owl. Unless you found that they weighed that much from some info.

Katsuga: Oh no 15 isn't old for a bird... Maybe if I said it was 60 that mite be too old... Oh wait your Vulture has been known to live for 50+ years easy. These alo aren't normal birds... They are spirits made flesh. They live as long as their ninja does, be that 5 years or 50.
Sench: I'm not sure as I don't count in Kilos so I don't know how it transfers. I will tell you this... The following is the info I got about the size and weight of real GH Owls:
Average length: 55cm / 22in / 1'10"
Average Wingspan: 124cm / 49in / 4'1"
Average Weight: 1400g / 3.1 lbs.
I just increased everything to what I thought was the right balance.
Oh and remember sench Birds are hollow boned to make them lighter for flight. Cats however are solid boned. Thus they can be heavier and yet still be smaller then any bird.

Oh... My jutsu number set up... I have it on all my profiles. It lists the Jutsu's I learn by number and has the ninja rank by each saying that I can't have another jutsu unless i become that rank. I guess I could change the Sannin to Gonin. I would have to have it chaned on all my profiles though.

Ok the new updated template is up. As with Prowl Raptor's profile I left the original untouched and wrapped it in Spoiler tags. It still needs some work as I need to know about the justsu list for pets. As before Pets could have a wide varity of Jutsu. Now that that limit is down to only ten for SS-Rank pets. I need to know how that would effect the basic Jutsu that Skyshadow originally already knew. Also included as to what Jutsu's of Prowl's he would be able to perform if any without training it himself. Or if I would need Prowl to train it and the Jutsu's are only ones that the original Ninja knows. So Skyshadow can't or wont be able to learn/have a Jutsu that Prowl himself can't/wont learn. If that makes any sence at all.

Let me put this simple.
1. Pets do not automatically get the basics.
2. They can train and get jutsu on their own, but their masters must perform the hand seals.
3. I think you have the jutsu amounts okay.

So... Pet can have a different Jutsu as long as they train it, But any training of basic Jutsu counts to their total number allowed unlike Normal Ninja? Well guess Some of the basic Jutsus are out. Clears that right up. Now all I need is to cross reference the Jutsus I do have. Remove redundant ones, then can I get a re-approved so I can start RPing again?
EDIT: Ok I removed the old template completly so now only the new one remains. Also I kept two of the basic Jutsu Transformation and Body switch.

The idea comes from Kiba's pet dog.
