Appearance: Chiisuchianu has brown hair which is curly on the sides, going up like wings. The rest of his hair flows wavy on his head (Similar to “hockey hair” but longer). He has green eyes, that are very vivid and bright green. His face is soft and has a pleasant look to it. His eyes are slender and he has slightly thicker (but not gross like Lee) eyebrows. His lips are supple and soft, as is his face. He is fairly attractive, and seems almost celestial or heavenly. His body is defined with muscle and strength, seeming almost cat-like. He is skinny, but you can tell he is toned and highly athletic.
Clothing: Chiisuchianu isn’t a fan of restricting clothing. His garb varies greatly from his Imperial Regalia all the way to casual everyday clothes (which he prefers to wear). However, despite this, he is most commonly seen wearing a gi suit like outfit (kinda like what Jiraiya wears when training with frogs in flashback while fighting pein). This outfit has a sash varying in thickness and he usually keeps the top portion open, exposing his chest, but also making it easier for him to throw off when fighting. This outfit has a trim on it; the trim depends on the color his outfit is, though his most common is black/white combinations or ones with gold. He usually does not wear shoes, and sometimes wraps his hands. Now that he is a Jounin he also has a black colored Jounin outfit and a light blue version Jounin outfit aswell. Along with the traditional green flak jacket. Though he either wears his flak jacket with no top or his top with no flak jacket.
While on the "lamb" as a Missing Ninja Chiisuchianu most comonly wears an outfit exactly like the picture. His flack jacket is a light tan color and his pants are black. He is well known for his desguises, changing his appearance constantly to help ward off hunter nin. He also has a black hooded cloak to hide himself and protect from the elements. He still wears his signature shoelace belt. Very Happy

Description: This taijutsu attack uses a combination of speed, strength, and the element of surprise. It is a perfect move to link up with other aerial attacks. For this taijutsu, the ninja first disappears using a really fast movement. The opponent, obviously, is totally confused. However, seconds later, the attacking shinobi appears just below their opponent, and by raising his dominant leg, kicks the enemy right on the chin. This would send the victim flying up into the air. The attacker can then proceed with an even more devastating follow-up attack. Leaf spinning wind is very hard to dodge, since the movement is so fast the opponent won't probably know about the attack until he gets kicked and is already high up in the air.

Description: An attack which on its own does pretty much nothing yet can inflict great damage when in combination with other jutsus. Thus, the ninja becomes their opponent's shadow, leaving the opponent unable to escape from a follow-up attack.

This allows you to store a vast amount of a single substance in a small space, the amount of material one is able to store based on the amount of charka used to make the portal. To reopen the portal, all anyone has to do is open the scroll and apply a steady amount of charka to keep the portal open.

Background: Chiisuchianu was born into the noble Shihōin Family. This meant he had obligations and duties, as well as high expectations, from the very start. As a child Chiisuchianu joined the academy as told, and carried out what was expected from him by his family. This was primarly upholding duties and being a so called “genius” at the academy. However, Chiisuchianu soon grew out of this faze, getting sick of never being able to be himself, and of all the class systems. This began to be an issue at a young age when his parents told him he could not play with some of the lower class villagers because of their family line. Chiisuchianu saw this a stupid and became sort of a rebel of his family ever since. He began to ditest authority and hierarchies, at this point he began to act more like himself and realized it was important to be who he really was. He still trained hard to be strong, this was one thing he could not get rid of in his subconscious, no matter how lazy he felt, there was always an inner drive to grow stronger and stronger each day. It almost tormented him, a lasting mimento of his family’s beliefs. He still upholds the family name and is heir to his father’s many estates, however, he has become somewhat neglected and is unsure if he will inherit them. This doesn’t bother him anyhow, though he will act in the courts for his family when needed, he prefers not to.
When at the academy he received top scores until the very last year, where he began to see things for himself. He was always top of his class, and all the girls seemed to like him. He was somewhat subject to the other children disliking him as a result. Those who took the time to get to know him found he wasn’t as stuck up and serious as everyone thought, he actually was more chill and, well, normal. He graduated early from the academy because he was so far ahead of everyone else, and there his story began.

As a genin Chiisuchianu worked hard completing missions and training with all the others of his class, but there wasnt much to highlight in this part of his life. He had great potential but he didnt make much progress until he earned his title as a Chuunin ninja. From there he began to make his family proud.

Chiisuchianu had far more responsiblities as a Chuunin but he still partook in drinking sake with all the other young "hoodlum" ninja, tagging, partying, and snowboarding whenever possible. He was lazy and really just enjoyed enjoying himself, but that didnt stop his inner drive. Chiisuchianu was quick to earn his stripes as a talented Medical Shinobi and even continued to master many difficult jutsu for his rank. His family put in a recomendation, and with their influence he was allowed special training to obtain the rank of Jounin. However, it was just before this that he was met by a most untrustworthy shinobi known as Ezekiel. Ezekiel acted nice at first, offering to teach Chiisuchianu difficult jutsu, but once they were taught Ezekiel was quick to reveal his true intentions. Ezekiel threatened Chiisuchianu's life saying that if he didnt come with him to the rock village, he would kill Chiisuchianu or make him an experiment. Chiisuchianu feared for his life, but continued training hard so that if he didnt want to defect to the Rock Village, he would at least be able to put up a decent fight...

While training Chiisuchianu was approached by the new Hokage, they talked of much on their philosophies and importance of protecting the people. Chiisuchianu saw him as a good man to follow and decided it was right to put his life on the line for such a cause. Later that week Chiisuchianu was called to the Hokage's office for some secret words... no one knows what happened during that meeting other than Chiisuchianu and the Hokage himself, but afterwards Chiisuchianu attempted a false assasination on the Hokage to convince people that he was a deadly missing ninja, after which he defected to become a missing ninja and join the rock if Ezekiel were ever to approach him again...

During his time as a missing ninja he kept in mind his morals and values for the care of the people... not just one country's people, but all people. As such he continued to train to further his cause and that of anyone who shared his ideals.

Some say he walks a difficult and broken path, while others truely see what he is trying to do for the world and deeply respect him for it...

I made him age 10 is that okay? I'm not really sure how old ninja typically are when they graduate from the academy, however i definately want him to age as he gains higher ranks and progresses in RP.

We normally suggest 12-14 as the age for Genin. 10 is ok but still young and hard to communicate with.

Yes... like he said, your genin's strengths put him on par with a Jounin... and that's not acceptable... your weaknesses are very unbalanced and the ones he noted a social weakness and that really doesn't count much.

Okay do this, take all of your strengths and weaknesses off right? next do 3 physical strengths and 3 physical weaknesses. And do 2 mental strengths and two mental weaknesses. That is about as much as simple as it gets, but make sure you make each of them at least on part with the other.

Okay, I started with 3 strengths and 5 weaknesses. Ive ranked up 3 times and your telling me that getting rid of 1 weakness and adding 4 strengths is unbalanced??? Not to mention taking a look at other characters who have "excellent chakra control" and "immense chakra pools" and other strenghts. Mine are only at like "good" level at best and I still have the same or less strengths then them, and more weaknesses...

Okay third point here... I cant edit these changes in... mods and admins have to approve them and add them in, so how the hell can it even be unfair? I feel this action of "rejecting" my character was unfair. But I suppose im not in position to say that am I?

Okay, here's what I did. I decided not to be part of the bloodline(Sorry Sench its just not my style). Meaning I now have no bloodline. I exchanged Shunpo for Shunshin, both of which are/were D rank jutsu. And I added a little bit to the bio and the appearance.

So it should be good to go now.
