I would like to learn this SA and I am willing to remove my current SA and not ask for any other SA for this character. I ask for this SA because no one I know of have it. In addition, Tori has maxed out Jutsu and he will not be able to learn any more jutsu until he gains a new rank. The problem with this is that he busted his ass in the Chuunin exams to miss that chance and the next event will be for those competitors who did not compete in the chuunin exams, or those who are hella strong genin. I would also like this because of that new reimbursement of the Sharingan which I won't be mentioning. I would also like this SA because all of my jutsu are completely Genjutsu mostly, with a couple of techniques I am pretty much abandoning, but I can't erase. It is hard to utilize him in a battle now with his lack of ninjutsu which he needs to execute the advantages of his Gen, but the problem is that I need space.

I want this if the rain can also be used in preparing jutsu, but if it is only meant for that effect, then scratch.

I am asking for SA's for this character because he is bare. He is the first guy I ever made and I really didn't plan to put this much into, but it happend. SInce I was not instructed to be able to have a dormant bloodline like I wanted when he was created, I am trying to make due. In the chuunin exams he was the best  as defined by his chuunin star. I am just looking for more ways I can characterise this guy. Since the coupe in Kiri and the upcoming events, these will balance my character out from not only being a offensive force, but a strategist and spy as well.

No for the Uchiha, being that you can just Copy different Jutsus anyway, as long as you meet the requirements and such. Yes to the other one, for both of them. No more for that RPC after this.

I wanted assimilate to not just copy any jutsu, but bloodline jutsu, and I can not meet the requirements for that with sharingan. Also the moves will be much weaker when copied through assimilate.
I thought he would be able to get other SA's at ranks S and SS, if I reach them while training and not opening my wallet, or was that just your judgement?

My point exactly. No "Assimilation" for the Uchiha. FINAL! The other two SA's for you other RPC I don't see a problem with, but, after that, he'll gain no more.
