Amendments (Updates):

--Rule #1: All RP Posts MUST Be Atleast 5 Lines Long ONCE POSTED. All Posts Less Will Not Count Towards The RP and will be deleted without warning.

--Rule #2: No All OOC Posts in the RPG forums, Unless You Need To Ask A Question About the RP.

--Rule #3: You MUST Use The Inventory System.

--Rule #4: (3 Parts)

If you are fighting someone and they get themselves into a position where they can be killed, and they are of equal or higher rank than you, OR no more than 2 ranks lower then you are allowed to kill them
If you are in an enemy country or fighting a missing-nin, you can kill or be killed regardless of rank. This does not mean you will be killed, but you are not invincible due to rank
This rule does not apply to E-rank shinobi, meaning they can't be killed irrespective of circumstances. The two exceptions to this are missing-nin and those who left one village to join another, in which case only another ninja from the character's original village can kill them

--Rule #5: (3 Parts)

When You Are RPing In A Thread With More Than 2 People, Everyone Must Wait Until Everyone Posts Before They Can Post Again. For Example:

a. Lava Post's
b. Meg Posts's
c. Zieg Post's
a. Lava Post's
b. Meg Post's
c. (Zieg is now offline, Meg and Lava must wait for him to post until they can.)
Let's Say You Are In A Topic With Alot of People, and Numerous Battles Going On That Do Not Directly Effect Eachother. Well, You do not want to wait for other people to post before you can because they are not even in your fight! Simply branch off from that topic and make a new topic continuing on from where you left off. This way you only need to wait on the people you are RPing with.
The Override: If A Person RPing in a thread with more than 2 people is inactive For More Than 2 Days and does not post, the other RPers no longer have to wait for him/her to post before they can.

--Rule #6: If you leave your village temporarily without the Kage's permission, you may be marked as a missing-nin. This does not mean you will be: the Kage must at least notice it first, and even then they may decide to let it pass.

--Rule #7: Private Threads policy. Private threads are ones you made only for specific people to join (who you usually mention in the title). Other people can't join these threads (unless given permission by you later). However, there are several exceptions:

If two villages are at war, any shinobi from the first village can enter the thread of a shinobi from the second village, if the thread is located in the first village's country
If two villages are neutral, any ninja from the first village can enter the thread of a shinobi from the second village, if the thread is located in the first village
Kages can always enter any thread in their village
Anyone who is hunting missing shinobi can always enter a missing-nin's thread if it's located outside a ninja village. Otherwise, point #2 applies.

Training and rank training threads are considered private (only for the poster) by default, unless stated otherwise in the title. However, even if a thread title doesn't say it's private, it's common courtesy to ask before you join.

--Rule #8: Exiting threads. Due to abuse of the ability to exit a thread at any given time, there are going to be defined rules about this now.

You are able to leave a thread with no hostilities at any time
You can't simply leave a thread in which a fight is under way. You must make a post in which you are attempting to leave and wait for everyone who is hostile towards you to make a RP or OOC post. If nobody attacks you as you're leaving, your character will have officially left
You can escape from a fight (leave directly and not just attempt to) if you are at least 2 ranks higher than the strongest opponent or 1 rank higher and neither attacked nor got attacked by anyone on the previous turn. However, if your character has sustained serious damage or used a lot of chakra, normal fight exit rules (point #2) apply

Note that you MUST put [Left] or [Attempting to Leave] at the end of your RP post in which you are doing the aforementioned action. For the other people in a fight thread, it is obligatory to put [Letting X Go] or [Intercepting X] at the beginning of their next post. People can make OOC posts stating that they let someone go instead of waiting for their turn and making a full RP post to save time.
