RP Current Events 2Today on 9/9/09, we'll be reopening all countries for applications Uchiha clan is still closed. This is to help stimulate the flow of applications due to the recent drop in activities.
Once more, we'll be offering 1 Jutsu of C Rank and lower of each country's respective element. Which means Konoha = Fire and so forth.

Fire Country/Village = Fire
Wind Country/Village = Wind
Water Country/Village = Water
Earth Country/Village = Earth
Lightning Country/Village = Lightning
