Rogue ninja trainingI had a question about where missing-nin train (and rank up, and other such stuff), seeing as there are no boards outside of the villages for that purpose.

No, I saw that, I meant where would I post the training? I know how many posts it take, just in what boards?
And sure, I guess that would be good ^^

Oh okay, I don't completely know about the land in the Naruto series; are there no lands that are neutral or something like that? Not owned by anyone, or shared by evryone?

Rank training isn't village specific. You can do it wherever you like. Technically there is no lands like that (they're obviously owned by someone or another), but if you trained in the middle of a giant forest or the middle of the ocean I'm sure no one can claim you're in their land.

Oh okay, that question must have sounded stupid - I'm just watching the english version anyway. And I could have figured it out (but it's easier to ask, you know?). But thanks, I get it now ^__^

Actually, there are loads of non-village areas. For example in The Land of Fire:
Forest Of Death
Open Plains
Memorial
Are all NOT included in the village.

But we have no non-ninja-village countries here. This is disappointing

Well this is a question I would have asked myself had you not done it first. For missing-nin I would say anywhere. you aren't limited to a singe country like those of use who can't leave without Kaga permision least we become missing-nin. Just remeber that should a country's village know you are training there, they may sent ninja after you and your training may be cut short.
I myself am thinking of having a missing-nin RPC
