Appearence:

Rika is a slender kunoichi with brightly-hued orange hair, spiked in a ponytail - and held together by her headband. Outfitted with a simple cut-across shirt, that covers her breasts alone, as well as matching shorts - her eccentricity is revealed by the oddly designed sheer accessories she wears on her upper arms, sides, and around her waist as a belt. The patterns resemble tattoo markings, that are printed directly on her skin just beneath the sheer attire as well.

Background:

Rika Aresian was born on the outskirts of Hidden Sand Village, with her older brother Miko by her mother and father. Their father passed away at home from a severe heart attack, leaving only their mother to care for the two children. Miko was the wild child, while Rika was the calm one, usually not speaking to anyone unless the topic was of some major importance to her.

Both of them graduated from Ninja Academy, but parted ways as they had different wishes for their paths of life. Miko went on to pursue his goal of one day becoming a Hunter Nin, while Rika revealed her dormant dream of joining the Suna Puppet Squad - though without a puppet, it was almost impossible for the time being. Rika spent a few years wandering several locations, in search of tools to construct her own puppet, or heirlooms of her family's past - descendancy of Chiyo, grandmother of Sasori, the ex-puppeteer of the infamous Akatsuki Organization.

Miko always deemed her dream silly, and offered no help or support of any kind for her journey, despite his unrivaled success at acheiving Hunter Nin rank. Miko later died on a mission to track down, and assassinate an abandoning ninja, forcing Rika to leave home to avoid the stress of her mother's greif. Her journey continues, as well as the search for her puppet.

Very nice, I only see a few problems. She seems a little old to be a genin, and your background doesn't seem to explain why. Your image tag doesn't work. Your ethnicity is the countries, so yours would be Kaze No Kuni. I'd like a little more detail in the weaknesses; they seem a little vague.

That's not really fair, honestly. I want to be a Puppet-User, and only Suna has such ninja in their midst...Neither Sound nor Mist have anything I want..which is puppets.

Not really, the puppet Tech is not really singulated to Suna. I'm sure one of the mods will allow you to be anywhere and still use a puppet. Otherwise it wouldn't be fair.
