Quick question re: Rank training and advancement stuff

Hey,

Sorry for the probably silly questions, but with rank training can you do it with 3 people in 1 thread with them all going for their rank advancement in the thread? (Hope that makes sense)

Also, are there any ways of getting up to Chunin when the Exams aren't on?
