Purr and Hiss, Founders of Churitsu and Horitsu

Appearance: Looks much like Mew, but is skinnier. His skin is gray and his tail has a split at the end.

Name: Empowerment of Balance
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Purr
Description: Purr can read surface thoughts, but not of anyone that makes a conscience effort to hide them. He also may probe for deeper thoughts, but this requires his full attention and the target's mind will automatically fight him off. A willing target can lower these natural mental blocks. Purr can telekinetically pick up things as if he had 10 times his natural strength. A living target that gets attack by this will see a rippling occur in the air, so they have a chance of dodging. He also can fly by telekinetically lifting himself. Lastly, he has the ability to astral project himself from just about anywhere. This calls for him to meditate so it can't be used in a combat situation. This is used mostly to save chakra on him and his summoners part. He can communicate with the summoner and others at no chakra cost. He cannot use jutsu like this and it leaves his body defenseless.

Name: Founder of Churitsu
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Purr
Description: How the Nekojin took on a more humanoid form is lost to history, but Purr is indeed the originator of the Churitsu clan. As such, he can freely breath underwater and uses Yureru Nami at a Kage level. Also he can manipulate water at will (doing things with it that water naturally does alone, such as whirlpools, large waves, etc.).

Name: Neutralize
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Requirements: Purr Signature Trait
Description: Using this skill, he cancels out all jutsu being used within 20 feet of himself. This includes anything used by him or allies. He cannot use any other technique the post he uses this, nor the one after this one. The physical motions and impact of taijutsu will not be canceled, but any chakra based effects won't work.

Name: Hydro Cannon
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Purr Signature Trait
Description: Pulling moisture from the air, Purr forms a ball of water in front of him. He pressurizes it, and fires it in a powerful stream. It's said to be able to punch holes in rocks and possibly steel. Even though it doen't hit as many people as Daibakufu or is controllable like Suiryuudan (which can also hit multiple targets if used right), the damage done to the one person it hits is far greater.

Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S (Kin)
Requirements: Purr Signature Trait
Description: This jutsu is used to transform into Purr's Nekojin, Human, and opponent copied forms. In his Nekojin and Human forms, he appears as a man in his late 20s, just the human lacks his tail and cat ears. In order to use his opponent's copied form, he must make physical and eye contact simultaneously. Afterwards, he turns into his opponent for a full 7 posts. He can utilize any jutsu they know, and his own jutsu are locked in the meanwhile. He doesn't gain any of the opponent's knowledge so he must depend on his own skill to use the copied form to it's fullest potential.

Background: The middle brother of the three, he makes sure everything around him maintains balance. He could care less about who's right or wrong in a debate, as long as both sides come out with even results. Mew and Hiss annoy him with the extremes of their personalities. He rather team  with Mew though, because Hiss has evil tendancies. He can speak telepathically, and likes to mimic people's voices.

Summoning Requirements: You must find his jewelry and know of the ancient text that tell you about him. The you can send a mental message through the jewelry to him. He will tell you his location, you must get there yourself. Upon arriving you will fight his Tengu guardian, a bird like humaniod of superior taijutsu skill. During the fight he will read your mind. If your attention are evil, the tengu will kill you. If you are good, you must survive agaisnt it for a while. Purr will then put you through a questioning process. He prefers summoners that are on neutral footing though. He only appears to a shinobi long enough to even the battlefield then disappears, regardless of being dimissed or not. He will stay out if there is another boss level summon out though.

Appearance: He looks like his brothers save for his black skin. The tip of his tail ends in a point.

Requirements: Hiss Signature Trait
Description: Much like Mew's Protect, but he cannot form it around others. The sphere is clear with a silverish look rather than pink. It blocks a single A rank or lower jutsu and significantly cuts damage taked from S rank. He can manipulate the area of the field, feeding it chakra to cover up to a 30 foot radius around him.

Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Hiss and His Tengu's Signature Trait
Description: A nearly invisible blade that gets it's name from the many times it's taken a head off in a single swipe. Hiss excites molecule with his telekinesis in such a way that cause the very air to be a blade. It can be seen as a distortion in the air, and oddly the 'tip' seems to occasionly reflect light. This reflect always happens right before hitting someone, and will be brighter then it's other reflections. This gives the shinobi a good idea where it will hit and time to dodge. The range of this blade is anywhere Hiss can see. It will be as long as the average guillotine blade. Though it isn't needed, Hiss often directs the blade with his tail.

Description: This jutsu is used to transform into Hiss's Nekojin, Human, and opponent copied forms. Background: The eldest of the brothers, he desires law and order above all else. His ends justify his means, as long as it's within the law. The laws he follows are a combination of ones he made himself and those that are ancient. He believes that only he or an equally intelligent and powerful creature should rule the humans. He loaths his brother Mew for being so lawless, and is rather annoyed at Purr's ignorance.

Summoning Requirements: Must be Jounin. He is forced into slumber by the combined powers of his other two brothers. His seal is difficult to unlock, requiring knowledge of seals and a large amount of chakra. You also need to find his summoning jewelry, which is up in a mountain. It's protected by a rather new creature, one that appears to be more human like nekojin. It stands at six feet tall, and rather than an elemental attribute possesses powerful mental powers. It's as strong as a powerful jounin. Once you do finally beat or escape the creature, the jewelry will pull towards the location of Hiss. After unsealing him, he will probe your mind. If you're attentions fit his he will be your partner. If not, he will use you until he's fully released and leave. Rather than astral projecting, he will remain out hovering near you or being on your shoulder. He will not have his full strength until you 'summon' him however. He won't have access to any of his powers and will steadily drain chakra from you. He can read your mind and control your actions by wrapping his tail around you. It's possible to do this to others, but they will be more resistant. If you didn't defeat the aftermentioned creature, or Hiss's brothers figure out you released him them and their summoners (if any) will attack you. The guardian of his jewelry will also hunt you if it's still alive.

They are boss summons. Only one per person. *sigh* Why do you automatically assume they're pets? I'm quit aware pet don't get any jutsu (well not normally)

I really don't like these creatures, they seem god modded.

The ability to pick things up 10x your weight? fuck no...remove that.

They are 2 foot cats that are weak even for 2 foot cats. That's really not that much weight, it's like x2 as much as a human could pick up.

Not sure about Hiss being able to manipulate water.

Neutralize seems S to me since its Jutsu Shou in a nutshell yet all he has to go is get up close or wait for it to get close to neutralize it.

Barricade is a iffy one since it can manipulate the barrier around him.

that is pretty god modded to do without HAVING "Water Mastery Technique."

or whatever it is called.

Water mastery let's you perform water jutsu without handseals, not control water. Do I need to link it?
