<.< Oddly, I dislike how that sounds.
But I know little about both and I'm going with the canon, simply because he seems like he could overpower anyone and despite being brash, I feel as though he isn't even using a 1/10 of his true power.

I say Kenpachi, if it was a Taijutsu battle. Wouldn't his Spiritual Pressure just push the Raikage down so he'd be helpless to do anything, so Kenpachi can just hack and slash without fear?
That is, seeing if Kenpachi can even be seen by the Raikage...
And this is basing off the Bleach Kenpachi. Haven't seen the one on this forum, yet.
