Rules For Replacing Your Otogakure Ninja!

Provide a valid link to your RPC and the last thread they were in within the last month. Use the "Check This Person's Posts" in the profile section since Otogakure has been removed in order to find your threads.
Determine if you wish to have saved your RPC or kill them. If you saved them, proceed to the gates of any country or Grass Border in Iwagakure's case, and proceed to find the Kage.
If you decided to kill, you will tell the admin/mod about it via this thread and Template changes.
When replacing your RPC, they will begin at the SAME rank as the forfeited RPC.
You will be allowed to replace Basic Jutsus and pick 5 jutsus of your choice.
Proceed through normal application process.

Rules For Ending Your Current Threads In Otogakure!

If you were in a Rank Training Thread that was taken away during the destruction, if your RPC is saved, they will continue on with the amount of points they had last plus 1 for the inconvenience. You must provide valid proof however.
If they were in a Jutsu Training Thread, they will automatically learn it up to B Rank. A-S Ranks will leave off with 1 post left. You must provide valid proof.
Kinjutsu and SA's will continue where they left off with no bonuses. Must provide valid proof.
