i have a character for it already. Need two more people to make characters so that way i could unlock his bloodline. So if your interested, need some ideas for new characters, follow the link. it just takes two more people to get this clan accepted and started.

quick summary

Otamai's posses the Innengon - Fated eye which is the basis for all the Otamai's unique jutsu. It gives the user the capability to zoom in and out with his eyes, and the unusual capability to mold their chakra and their element outside of their bodies, opening a window to unique jutsu. if looked into the white pupils of a lvl 2 Innengon, the opponent will begin to constantly expel chakra. After an Otamai unlocked Innengon for the first time, when not in Innengon they become more adept with their element, learning them two times faster (comparing to molding chakra and their element outside of their bodies, they found out it is easier to mold it inside their bodies) and two times stronger. jutsu details in the link.

so who wants to help me out??? right now the clan is currently undergoing an agreement with Kiri for residency. The Council allowed Otamai Jun to be a resident, and prove his worth as a shinobi to the village, while the rest of his family are living back in their village hidden in between konoha and kiri. so its easy to come up with a story to enter kiri (only) like the clan leader (also Juns grandfather) traveled to kiri to check on his grandson and also to convince the Mizukage about allowing Otamai's to help back up Kiri in their time of need, especially after the councils genocide, suicide, Kiri needs as much help as it can get
