Character SlotsAs per the rules made by Lava before...
Everyone can have 3 RPC slots. However, those are the only slots you get unless someone gives you one of their own, which will lessen their slots in the process. Futher more, putting a character in "Hiatus" will no longer allow you to get a free slot. So if you want a new character, you must kill off one of your currents.
Anyone who had more then 3 slots before this may keep them.

If you have three RPC's and you want one more.
You must kill one of the aforementioned three RPC's for another slot.

Well Hiatus is dumb since... it's nothing more then not RPing with the character. But this was done for RPC control.
