Vampire Clan addition *WIP*I'd like this bloodline limit added to my clan, after the Wings of the Bat limit. Of course, as long as it is approved
Name: Darkness Release
Rank: S
Requirements: High Vampire level
Description: Vampires posses the ability to call upon the dark power sealed within their bodies. When using this power, one is greatly affected by it and their appearance changes. For some unknown reason, the user's clothes might also change color or even shape when this ability is being used. The vampire will also be inclined to follow his darker thoughts and realize his darker wishes, or simply put, become much more evil. Using this power can also have a permanent effect on one's personality, as well as result in the forming of an alter-ego.
While using this power, all of one's attributes increase twofold and they can use techniques without chakra, but they are being constantly fatigued. A person with average stamina can only use this ability for two and a half minutes before they are completely drained.

EDIT: Through the answers of other mods and their opinions. I feel that I did a great wrong in approving this. My only problem with this is that I think it should be a kinjutsu and maybe fourfold power may be way too much still even I told you to bump it down that much from ten. I'll let other mods comment on this to say their opinions.

Sench you can't just move things in the trash and avoid everything, especially when a moderator says something to you about it. Even if you do think Ballian has something thats god-modding then you can move the jutsu out or w/e and criticize it. But this needs to be handled.

1.We don't have any sort of thing called "Dark power" and this is a naruto rp district, not a fucked up anime forum.
2. Vampires may have this, But they do not have them sealed within themselves, this is mainly considered blood lust.

1.How the hell can their clothes change color/shape? Only damn way that can happen is if your chakra affinity and blood is all channeled into your clothing.

Alright, changed to x2, but increased duration. And the amount of posts in one minute depends on posts. Some are quick action, some are not so quick, some are long (as in cover more time).

Still not balanced. You should still use chakra for jutsus and three minutes is too long. Go two minutes.

Hm, nope. This constantly fatigues the user. If you recall, chakra is created out of stamina. So technically, chakra is being constantly drained. If I remove that part, the technique is gonna have more downsides than bonuses.
This gives me an idea actually. Your demands are unreasonable. This is an S-rank bloodline jutsu, which implies it can be even more powerful than a normal S-rank. And S-rank techniques are devastating. And the way this one is right now, it gives you two times your power. Powerful, yes. But it drains all stamina in just three minutes, while otherwise you could probably go for thirty. See what I mean? 2 times the power for 1/10 the time. That means it actually makes you 5 times weaker if you look at average performance, and numbers don't lie. Of course, it's a different story in battle, but still. Also, if I recall correctly, it's genin-level (C-rank) stuff that must be balanced. This is, like I said before, an S-rank bloodline stuff.

Idk. A battle post I think can be from about 5 to 15 seconds. An out of battle one... from 10 seconds to several minutes (except for the times when all RPers agreed to skip some time without switching topics)
