Attainment/Training.Minato was a bit weary as he had just finished quite a bit of new jutsu and still managed to walk away from that simple little fight. He was standing watching the wind blow upon his face, as his hair came upon it. The breeze felt good, at least it felt good this time. As he watched the trees he slowly sat down looking at them, eventually looking down to towards the ground, the grass and serene beauty of life. He closed his eyes while sitting, he thought about what had just happened. These shinobi were asking for him, asking for Minato. Was he really becoming that strong, that people were asking for Minato Echizen. The true heir to bloodline of Bokkon, Judgment giver? He himself could not tell, only time would tell for that would be something that no one but him could achieve it seemed. He seemed a bit rough on them, he knew that he could take both of them on with his brothers, but time only told a fortune that was never fully open. Maybe he would go with those shinobi, maybe he would die rejecting it. He did not know yet that was the matter. As he layed down slowly he thinking about it. This was a conundrum that he could not answer till the next time they met. He would not allow them to kill him at any cost at the least. Figuring he fell asleep thinking upon those facts. As soon as he did, a wood trunk came at him. He looked up and saw it was Rin Bokkon. He smiled only for a bit realizing it was his old Master Rin. She was indeed quite a bit lost these days it seemed. Minato had no need to talk to him but he would. Rin started speaking to Minato a bit off It has indeed been a long time friend, I am indeed interested in you; maintaining that position of greatness I admire you for that. I am here to give you something, given to me by my predecessors, from the Bokkon clan. It is ancient weapons that only we of the bokkon are allowed to use. I hereby give you The Judgment Shield, the power of our ancesstors lies in that one. I give you the Judgment Ring, the grand ring that is made specially for the leaders of the Bokkon clan. Although they can be requested, at times if need be. Lastly I present you with a gift that is regular but sincere. Judgment Spear, capable of creating lighting through putting chakra into it. Minato seemed a bit dazed but he knew that these items were meant for him, gracefully taking them he sighed only a bit though. Before he could say anything Rin Bokkon left and he was sitting there almost looking guilt full that he did not say anything back to her. He sighed that she gave him such weapons of ancient of the clan's history yet did nothing to prevent him from leaving. He did not know why Rin retired he may even be stronger than him but the guilt still remains that he usurped his position without a battle.

Name: Fuuinjutsu: Charka Nyuuko no Kin [Sealing Technique: Seal of Charka Storing]

Description: This jutsu creates a seal over the user's heart which idly stores any excess charka he/she produces for later use. This stored charka can't be used without reversing the jutsu and breaking the seal. The main problem to using this seal is that it takes longer to recover charka while the seal is active.

Minato opened a scroll quickly he needed to finish this jutsu as quickly as he could and with precise timing. He would need it later on he anticipated, but nothing was anticipated at this length. He would only know when the time comes to learn it. He looked at the scroll while taking his jacket off, and his belt. As he did he read that it was a fuuinjutsu scroll, and what was more that this scroll was a sealing technique to seal chakra. It was quite a bit odd that he had it never the less he waited and took off everything that was going to either slow him down while training or just be a complete nuisance. After finishing he started to concentrate his chakra towards his legs just to focus fully.

Minato started focusing chakra towards his legs to loosen up himself for the jutsu, he did a quite a few excerises that included streaching moving about of the legs, and punching the water creek that was next to him. He started focusing only on his most inner part of his chakra concentrating without exceptions. The chakra began to mold in the general area, but it seemed to slowly move back in its former place. This was a Fuuinjutsu after all thought Minato, it was going to be hard. He started molding his chakra again this time with anticipation to actually finish it.

Minato started once again, this time he intended to finish the part of this jutsu. He started concentrating it towards his main inner center. As he did it slowly started to form, this time it was only made in to a small compressed chakra ball, still inside the body about to burst and flow across his entire body, yet he was not sure if it was ready yet, compressing it he was going to truly understand that. As when he tried to compress it even more, it just lumped and did not do it properly turning the chakra to go back where it came from. But he would do it this time at least as he thought he would. He focused his chakra one more time, this time it quickly came up, maybe it was a result of the previous training. He started compressing it almost into like a ball shape figure. It seemed that he was a bit off than usual but the basic concept was achieved so far.

Minato had to achieve this part to proceed it seemed hard but the consequences were even more dire than before, if he did not do this he would not have prepared for some un foreseen fight with anyone that wanted to see him dead. He started yet again this time he would definitely achieve it, at least this part he hoped. As he started to gather chakra it was faster than last time and even more than that it was accurate than before. It seemed that after doing it more times it would be rather easier it might just be the acustomed part that a person is how he learns a jutsu he thought. Minato finally getting it in the right position he wanted it in had achieved the first step of two.

Minato sat down, not crossed legs rather putting his legs behind and sitting properly he took his tee shirt, undergarment and then wiped his face from it. The concentration to only do that was higher than expected Minato thought. He arose again this time with a bit more conviction and he had it in him to do this if it was correct and everything. As he looked at the scroll opening it to the full extent it seemed that the second step was a bit harder. It was to actually get two hand seals, the dragon and the ox. It didnt seem hard at all to do any of them.

Minato was almost done, he stood up and turned his head to look back at the jutsu scroll, a dragon and a ox. He had done well before but the real problem was the first step he had to go through right now. It seemed that he was a bit weary from it but there was no choice in this matter and even he knew it. As he started to do the first step, it seemed much easier this time than before, as he did his chakra quickly drew up and formed with a small concentration, maybe this was becoming more masterful than he knew. following that he quickly did the dragon seal, as the chakra came rushing towards his own arms he felt it, and the pressure was the right amount, quickly after doing the first round he did the second seal ox. this was was familiar to him. He formed that and another surge came, as soon as it did a mark appeared on his chest, the jutsu had been completed.
