Sench the Abusive Admin? Does he really deserve the title?If you guys have looked at the thread that is titled "Total Staff Revamp." Sench has demoted me for some things that are not even close to true. He also deleted the posts by myself and him in the shinigami thread about myself bringing up some unrelated crap which is nothing but more added to his abusive streak and lies.
Here's screenshots to prove it, they may be small but can be read clearly. And also just in case Sench attempts to lie again and deny it. Pay close attentions to the time/date etc. I couldn't take one huge picture so I took several small ones.

So tell me. Is losing my staff powers over this abusive because im clearly in the right? And is Sench abusing his powers? A major deal of this is Syra admitted to forgetting the custom clan creation was closed when he accepted the clan. Just because he forgot doesn't make it right leave it there. It was a mistake and mistakes need to be fixed of course.

I would demote you just for being a big cry-baby if I were root admin. However, I have good reason for having done so. You were neglecting your duties as a moderator. There were many times when you were online and people needed things checked, and even if I told you to do it you wouldn't. You completely ignored all my requests, while I am well in the position to ORDER you to check it. This has nothing to do with the shinigami clan, just in case you didn't realize. My demoting you was a decision I have long postponed, but your irresponsibility can't be ignored any further. Even ballian, who is a very lazy, and not that much interested in being a mod, did his job better than you.
And the little fight we had about the shinigami clan has also nothing to do with it. I truly regret you are too thick headed to understand that.

Well I hate take sides, but it does seem like you don't do as much work as you should. I don't want to get into the shinigami clan arguement. It did irrate me but I got over it.

Every time I logged online I went to the Applications Board and there were always threads that were currently being handled. During the week I get on during my free period and history class. If you noticed I never enter a thread thats being handled by another mod and I leave my browser up at home when im gone which makes me seem like im logged in. You can't deny I don't, I come back home from school and I have messages from you since you think im on AIM when im not. If another mod hasn't entered/handled a thread I do post my opinions. The only other time when I enter a thread after another mod has entered it is if I disagree with something. An example was the Summoning by Yuwea, I posted that I thought it should be A rather than S. If you see after that post I stuck along in the thread. I only stopped posting when he said PMing can be the signal and Kat replied just post when you find people since nothing was wrong with the jutsu he only needed members.
And im definently more active than Balli/Everwill when it comes to modding. No offense. And you brought it up in the thread about shinigami about me saying "IF". And also about your second reason about me not doing work after being directly approached. Just a couple of days ago you needed me to grade you and Saya kinjutsu training. Also when you directly approached me for your Kuchiyose no Jutsu training I did that. I even gave you a low grade for one because it didn't have to do much with the actual learning of the summoning and you deleted my post not only once but 3 times after I directly told you not to edit my post. And you still haven't showed me how I am lying as my actions from a staff member. I could go on even more about your abusive actions like you confirming Balli's second RPC as a Sannin though he hasn't done crap for Suna.

Well in a debate that is the speaker's purpose on both the affirmative and negative side. We both gave equally good constructions if thats what you want. Im just saying that I don't think you have 100% reasons on why I should lose my position. And also I don't think you can clearly see how you have abused your powers which cause serious changes and that your neglecting to follow some rules. Though since your memory is so short and not good then I can help you by brining up more topics/details if you wish.

Well I'm starting to consider Sench a friend, and Kaeor you seem to be a good guy. So could we just let this drop for now. If it continues bring it back up. Just prove that you are indeed not worthy of demotion. Sench I don't really care to read the details, but if you are at fault, just let it go. The point of this site is fun. Not personal bouts.

@Katsuga: Actually, Kat, I followed the rules in both those threads perfectly. You were trying to deny ballian a sannin spot while you couldn't do it technically. And that technique really does not have anything to do with the eyes, so it shouldn't be Uchiha-only. Unfortunately when faced with people like you, Kaeor and Air I have no choice but to let things go sometimes.
@Kaeor: I have not once abused my powers. You have not done your job - you lost it. End of story
EDIT: and about Everwill - there must a reason Lava keeps him global mod that keeps evading me. I will talk to him about it once he's back

Sench, I denied Ballian's Sannin because I didn't see any kind of real proof that he deserved it. So, you're saying that, if I become a Kage, I can just do a single post with another RPC of mine from Kirigakure and make him a Sannin? As far as my Jutsu goes, it IS Uchiha-only, and it does use the powers of the Sharingan Eye Levle Three. If you look at the description, it clearly stated, even there, that it did.

You easily confirmed that you abused your powers. In my previous posts I mentioned how you deleted my own post and such because you thought they were too low for grading. And making Zaraki Kenpachi Ballian's second RPC a sannin is a abuse when the character existed for only a short while doing nothing to deserve the title.
And that "retarded jutsu" can be discussed here because it is evidence of you abusing powers.

Im not whining. I'm just telling the truth. Just to confirm this, but you deny abusing your powers when you deleted my kinjutsu points that you earned three times? I just want to make sure because I know theres one other member that can confirm you did.

So, you're saying that you WILL abuse your powers? You don't have any right to ban me because I've done nothing wrong. And this is the place to do so considering "Abusive Admin." is in the title. Though it is true that the Kage picks out which of his/her Jounin can be Sannin, performing just one post to do so is completely out of the question. I even suggested that he'd go in and do a post for both of his RPC's, one each, and do it that way, THEN I just would've accepted it with no problem. Him doing that is lacking RP'ing skills, which'll make this site look back if it were to continue. You don't agree? And besides, he even admitted to complaining that there were no Sannin in Sunagakure, and that was another reason why I wanted to deny it.

Kaeor has been very helpful to me and to almost everyone, I do not see how you could demote him for not doing his job. He has helped me with Kinjutsu training, weapon creation, and template changes. I do think that this was definitely the wrong path that you chose, demoting him of course. He was a very active moderator in my opinion that helped and contributed much to NRPC and its members.

And Kat, please do refreshen my memory. Cite's last bloodline post... wait, you mean Ikijouten clan? Then that's because there was no reason to reject it. Just leaving it unaccepted is fine

Thats funny, because on AIM you do say bad things about certain people when we are talking so I don't see you as that type of person. And I give you my permission, bring up several instances when I have abused my power. Also please refrain from making up lies as you have been this whole thread.
