newb type questionThis seems like a really stupid question but..
In the Basic Jutsu List for Ninjutsu Kinobori isn't listed so I was wondering if it's an E-Rank, D-Rank, or C-Rank jutsu...? I'm guessing it would be D-Rank but I'm not sure..

I am pretty sure that it is C Ranked jutsu because Chunin auto get it when they turn Chunin, and it is a supplementary for them just as henge. Although Genin can still have it I believe.

Look at the Jutsu Thread, and those that are listed as Basic, those are the ones that you must learn before you can become a Chuunin, unless you buy a Rank-up. And, yes, Kinobori is a C-Ranked Jutsu, as well as Kai, Water Walking, etc.

Kat, I just looked over the K named jutsu and it seems that Kinobori is not there please confirm that.

That's what I was saying, Kinobori isn't in that list unless it's listed as another type of Jutsu such as GenJutsu...
