Welcome back to NRC. I hope you like our new look. There are a few things you should note.
The economy system is trashed for now. Instead we will use Missions to give you "Training Points". For every 10 training points earned, you get -1 post needed in jutsu training. For example, you need 10 posts you learn a certain jutsu of interest. If you finish a mission worth 20 Training Points, you only need 8 posts to learn the jutsu.
Also, the Kiri Kage will be announced shortly. Here is the current kage listings:
Konoha: Renima (airknight12)
Oto: Zieg (Zieg)
Kiri: TBA
Suna: Ballian (ballian)
We are still working out everything and fixing some stuff up. Expect everything to be edited and all by tomorrow!

I think the purple is wonderful. Colours aren't exactly defined by genders you know... It's my absolute favourite colour and so far it is the only one slightly reminiscent of ninjas.
