Land of Shadows, some of the Outland stuff, Po-Med Clan House.

Land of Shadows is relatively new. So that argument in that respect is moot. Po Med I agree on as well as possibly Claw Country. Most of the other outlands are in use. Except Demon.

No more Sharigan and Bykugan rip off Eye bloodlines... Hell no more eyebloodlines at all, especially for ones that have powers that don't even relate to sight

Agreed with the Doujutsus.  Also, if the new Custom doesn't "look" right, I think it should be denied on the spot.

Just a simple list of accepted custom bloodlines with a link to them? No need to explain them in the list, just give a link to them.

a application section for Suna/Leaf/Water, etc characters and jutsu, and sub forums for jutsu from E-to S rank

New Features:
- Titles System: Special Jounin: Should include special Titles.  Maybe you have these but.  Titles like ANBU, Hunter-Nin, Search-nin (forget name), Interrogation, Sensei, ETC.  This would be given based on mission information and history.  Some prize or Jutsu only based moves can be given to these people.
- Stat system: It seemed like one was already in the works.  But now can be good time to finalize it.  Give a character X points to do with what they see fit.  Bloodlines can also have a stat system, based on hierarchy or level of their abilities in the clan.  Rank up gives you X points to distribute.  You can have Str, Speed, Chakra amount, chakra Control, Hand seal speed, Stamina.  This can decide what fighting styles you can or can’t do.
Improved RP Ideas:
- Forced missions: This can work with special jounin system as well.  “Force” people to do certain missions.  Seen a lot of people have 0 missions in their slots, but have high level characters or high fame.  This can also have certain people interact on missions that would normally not.
- More up to date info on villages and situations
Other:
- Reduce requirement for Kuchiyose no Jutsu - Summoning Technique to C.  The requirements on summons are what keeps this move in check.
- Organize trash center a little better: add characters, pets, etc sub folders.
-Change backround colors. (change the gray)
-Would be nice to organize jutsus into own sub folders

Guys want to get rid of Doujutsu?  Doesn't seem right..  If they don't make the clan acceptable then don't accept, no reason to banish an entire bloodline choice.  Rip off of bykugan and sharigan, hell Rennigan, they all have similarities, so they rip off each other in some way....
Why remove though, maybe someone will come up with one that isn't like these others, or i mean one, um wait.

1. No stats. Ever. EVER.
2. No forced missions. Too hard to get people who are online, and they can be boring.
3. Organizing takes time. And a lot of it, especially for jutsu. Although it is an option, it'd take a while.

I didn't think you would do stats, rare to find a site who would.

I actually thought forced missions could be fun, but o well.

You guys have them almost organized as is, just some jutsu aren't their, but it would be eaiser to just put them into thier own sub folders instead thrown about.   Once done, it will be easier to toss them in one location then delete the post.

Actually, that topic was made when we had about 1/12th of the jutsu that we have now, and that took him about 3 weeks to do.

I'm not talking about the sub-forum "Accepted bloodlines" since you can go through several pages if there's that many. A pinned list at the top would be nice. Maybe, if the person could be bothered, could give a brief summary as well as the link.

If we have that, I'd like to see it. I missed it when I first made my charries. It would've been nice to look at when I was creating my second char.

It was added after I left... and I hadn't gone into Post Characters since I came back. That's why I didn't see it.
