New OtokageReileyn is the new Otokage. She is the rightful heir to the throne because of her brother, Zieg. If you want to fight her for it feel free.

I think he meant that she is rightful heir because of her bloodline (and not the kekke genkai kind). Considering she is a sister she would be the legitimate heir. However, if it were between you and your children, nephews or nieces, you would be the stand-in and possibly the full Otokage.

The most important thing to my character is Kirigakure, she wont give any quarter to anyone about Kiri, and would go to war with Oto if they expect anything more than a trade route deal after the assassination, but that's in the future, I may not even need to assassinate you or kats.

Damn Everwill, he said that Rei was married to Zieg. Well, Rei is still Otokage because she is his sister, thus the same blood as Zieg while Cite is only related by a marriage. Cite will become Otokage when/if Rei dies. Cite may also fight Rei for the spot.

yeah that wouldnt be a good idea since she has permission to use both of Ziegs characters at any time she desires, Then having everwill and SR as an allie and hopfully Konoha again soon.

Be realistic, Zieg wouldn't attack his wife, and Kiyo wouldn't attack her because Zieg wouldn't. If Everwill honors Zieg he wouldn't interfere either, as he would probably feel that it is best for the village. And I will strike before she makes the alliance thread.
