New ChangePet-Nin Style is no longer a style. It will be considered as a Taijutsu. However! It will be a SA that does require a 3 point Training. Anyone who was a Pet-Nin user before this will get the SA free of charge. This ability will not need Admin permission. One Moderator should be Enough. However, the Inuzuka Techniques must till be taught by an Inuzuka.
