Midnight ShadowAs you've seen this event is far from over.... now... the real game begins.
For the first time ever, the Kage's power stands unrestricted. Ninjas are no longer bound by the original laws set by the elders or lords/ladies. The question now is...
What's important.... that you're willing to give your life for? Revenge or Restoration?
Ladies and Gentleman.... I give you the opputunity to RP to your heart's content on how to respond to this grand event. Here's some ground rules.
1) If you are training.... you have a 1/3 chance of being intercepted by a Generic NPC ninja whose gone rogue. There is a chance.... You can die.
2) If you're doing a solo mission, your mission may be interrupted by a member of Midnight Shadow who will attempt to recruit you.
3) If you stand by your Kage.... expect more insanity to ensue.

The only gray area is the one you make. From here on.... everything you do will affect the plot at hand. Everyone is literally involved in this plot.

Can rank-up be removed then? So if we wished we can rank up to hearts content.
Also, how are titles going to be issued? Is it up to the Kages now?

No you cannot remove a Rank Up.
And titles and such will still be through exams. The next one being in December. So no worries.

The NPCs will be controlled by a special group of members and Mods who have yet to be picked. For this event, they will add a

Marking to their signature when they are added.

At current point... we have no plans to increase RT's up to 3. Probably at the end of this current story arc.

Do we at least get to hear the rank of these ninja's...even if a group of D rank ninja run into an A ranked..i think we might lose..So will be some control?

Gah! I dun wan Veli to die, as she is (even if you look and disbelieve me) the one I've put the most backstory into, even if my history on her belies that fact. I can only say "Thank god that Kiri and Konoha didn't get eachother's headbands." That'd be akward for her family- their in Kiri, and she'd be in Konoha. Family that loves eachother, forced to kill eachother... I don't think Vel could do it...

Cause we are in a state of war/great uproar. War= time of rank up and etc, even the actual Naruto world shows this all over, Kakashi is a great example. Though what i wanted was to have kages/ANBU/Sensei/etc allow one, maybe 2 depending on events. It even happens in real world events. It made sense to me....

My point is you don't get OMFG stronger just because a war is going on. Sheesh. Now, it can cause you to train harder and such. But it just doesn't doing it just for being there, right off the bat.

We are fighting NPC from Midnight shadow. Plus strengthening ourselves in a state of war because of this.

where did i say omfg stronger? I said its issued by authority figures. Kages/blah blah blah. Now if a Kage wants to hand out 3 rank ups to one person in one post then, you guys might want to think about who you allow to be kage...

Rank-Ups isn't given out by Kages. It never has. What Kages can do is hand out titles under certain circumstances.
Rank-Ups are obtained at creation of RPC and either bought or obtained through RP of OOC Games. This fact has never change and never will since the mechanics have always served us best this way.
And if you're so bothered about being weak.... One more is weaker then a team who aspire for the same goal.
