Looking for a new home...Hello all, I'm your friendly neighborhood RPer, Oathblivion. Ever since my old home base fell on hard times, I've been trying to regain my love for RPing without much success. Thus, I figured returning to my Naruto roots might make something happen. This seems like a pretty active - if a bit intricate - board, so I hope you'll have me.
Before I put together a character, however, I have a question. Are we required to ask permission of a clan owner before applying for a character belonging to said clan? I have found that this is usually the policy for member created ones.

Welcome to NRC. We hope you enjoy your stay here. As for Clans you must ask the permission of the clan owner to join it. If the clan owner is no longer active you may ask an admin, like me.
If there's anything you wanna know, just ask me or the staff.
PS is your name a combination of something? I feel like it's the combination of Oathkeeper and Oblivion from Kingdom Hearts.

You're right about this forum being somewhat intricate however it shouldn't be too hard to get a grasp on the rules, if there's something you don't understand feel free to PM me or any other staffer for information.

Thanks everyone. Yes, the handle was inspired by me messing around in my entry level Photoshop class way back in middle school. In all honesty, I should probably ditch it for something more serious, but what fun is that? Anyway, I'm pretty sure you are the person I need to get in contact with anyway, AJ Gray, but I'll go check to avoid looking like an idiot.
