Disani Xenoharu

Left Out (Training)That being that the Chunnin exams had already began, that only meant with Disani wondering the forests alone, that meant she was left out. It was a shame since she looked up to going there, but honestly she didn’t even take a single mission to participate in, but it was only that being she hadn’t worked up the nerve and felt confident enough to do anything yet. It was like a block for her, constantly doubting herself and as described by her sensai, it would cost her, and yet it did. It was another season that she was a Genin, but at the least, she felt like she could improve her skill over time this way. She had chose so to do it here. This area wasn't a good training ground because of the fact it was near the out skirts of the Forest of Death, but it was alright enought for Disani, and anyone else who didn't want to die.
The only technique she wasn’t too keen of using was the ones with speed. She had prepared herself as she lowered her posture and then started to zip through the forest quickly concentrating her chakra through her feet. She had went tree to tree as she kept her control in check, but to no avail, she hadn’t gotten any better in making her speed go any faster. It was most likely that she needed to stop limiting her chakra just so she could hear and focus it so she could start using her potential jutsu skills, but it was so hard since if she did that, she would shoot into the dark.
In that case, it was good that she came here. As of now, she needed to learn to take risks as her final test of her skills.

Disani zipped through the trees once more with a quick burst of speed, but then she had stopped on a branch and spun on her heel to turn letting her sandals make a screeching sound as she reached to her side and slid from the loop along her skirt a retracted pole. With a snap and whip of her arm, the pole was at it’s full extension and she had pointed into the distance as if she was aiming her concentration towards a certain point. She couldn’t see, not a bit since she depended on her ears so she looked for the sound in the area. It was as if it was aware of her abilities, knowing she couldn’t see it unless it made a toe tap, but was “it” there, or was she being paranoid?
No more wasted time thinking, she had spun around kicked off once again as she landed on the ground. With a quick spin on her heel, she aimed to make another quick burst of speed with her chakra, but to no avail, she could see that all that extensive leg training and hopping wasn’t doing a bit. ”Everyone is off getting stronger, but I‘m still getting left behind!” she had thought to herself as she had kicked forward with a lunge running along. At least her running speed had grew from when she previously was getting a bit of training in, but it wasn’t enough, she had to keep pushing herself hard, limitations aside.
”If I learn another jutsu, I‘ll be at least keeping up…” she thought as she had kept running, but she felt like still, she was being watched as she looked over her shoulder letting her ears rest on the sounds since now she could see it, but, it wasn’t a person and if she stopped, the image would go away since it seemed to be aware of her on awareness. What was it?

Another, another, and yet another! Each zip one by one and Disani was barely even blurring to get the desired speed she wanted. She had spun on her heel so many times, she swear she could learn Hyuuga style’s rotation how she was going with this. She had breathed heavily. Tiredness mixed with frustration, she started to curse and let out a frustrated comment under her breath with each failure. Her pole in hand as she spun like she was in a whirl wind, it once again had extended to it’s full feature as she had spun once more to face one direction as she realized the moment she dropped her guard, she was under attack.
Her hands lifted her weapon up as she had felt a collision from the charging threat only slamming into her and pushing her back, but as she slid, she lost balance as she had fallen back dropping her pole. She was now disarmed as she had laid on her back only realizing shortly as she lifted her body that the animal wasn’t man. It had a snorting sound following it between it’s breaths and hooves that struck the ground. It kicked back dust as if it was about ready another charged forward. Only realizing in that short time and a first few attacks, Disani saw she was being attacked by the common boar.
”It was hunting me?” she had thought to herself as she figured out how it was following her and aware when to strike. It waited til she had got on the ground and it could knock her aback when it knew she was spinning all the time and kicking off to boost her speed for her technique. She had been out smarted by a wild animal, how embarrassing. Yet, it hadn’t gotten the best of her, she had her weapon nearby even if they were separated. She had eyed it, but not as soon as she taken her eye off the animal, it was already charging once again to attack.

Disani had lunged quickly to grab her pole. She had grasped it, but just barely as she had taken it and pulled herself to her feet while throwing her weight for a desperate dodge. The animal had one of it’s sharp tusks tare at her dress as it cut a slit down her right leg’s skirt open as her parred outfit had blew open a bit. She had stood up panting from the rush, tired and partly relieved she got out the way. This could get even more messy if she had delayed her training and dealt with this animal, and with the chakra she expended from her training, she was already in a handicap.
“I won’t give up…” she had whispered to herself lowly as she had took her pole in one hand and held it. The animal spun around as it stared towards Disani. Sure she was blind, but even she could feel it. The territorial rage of the animal as it gave out snorts and angry swine like cries that had intimidated Disani. She didn’t think fighting right away would be good. She had taken a step back as that confident few words had turned into nothing more than just meaningless prattle. As the animal kicked back readying to charge, Disani had leapt up quickly into a tree as she had landed with ease and started to retreat.
Ashamed, she had started to get away from the area, but she knew her predator would follow if she stayed nearby. What was she to do though? It was way too big for her standing with it’s massive build to be twice her size. Retreating was a good idea for now.

”I‘m running! I‘m running! I can‘t believe this! I‘m running away!” Disani’s thoughts were like frustrated screams as she had kept leaping from tree. She could hear the sound of the boar below her was following her scent obviously as it galloped a short distance. The only thing separating her from it’s attack range was the fact it was ground and she was leaping from tree to tree trying to get away from it. She had panted heavily as she had stopped atop one of the tree’s reaching branches and gazed down as she had looked towards the beast.
“It’s down there…so unless it can climb a tree, I’ll be safe up here!” Disani had said as she had looked down gazing towards the animal. She had watched as it didn’t stop running. It seemed to be charging towards the tree she had roosted on. “Why hasn’t it stopped? If it keeps charging it’s going to…”
Slam!
Disani had felt the force of the large beast as it slammed it’s body into the tree with a mighty tackle shaking it abruptly. She had lost her footing as she had fallen back knowing now she had miscalculated it’s strength even seeing it’s large and husky form. She had fallen on a bush luckily and a tree branch that had hit her back. If she wasn’t built a little tougher she would’ve been broken in half, but it was just bumps and thumps to the body she had grown use to by battle. She had emerged from the bushes slowly rubbing her back.
“Ow…that hurts…” she had said before she had realized that by now, she was making eye contact with the furious beast as it readied to charge. She had swallowed deeply and then spun on her heel trying to make a quick kick off to use Sunshin no jutsu, the jutsu she had been trying to practice all along. She hadn’t made a quick zip, but it was fast nonetheless, only moving a mere few feet to get a running start as the boar had pursued. She had kept on running only seeing her Sunshin was a one time go since she tried to use it again to dodge the charge barely escaping as she slipped down. She had took the second to run the opposite way before the beast could turn around and start chasing her. In no time at all, she was on the run again.

Disani had kept running as she had tears welding up in her eyes. She could picture her self within the midst of the darkness, running away with little light shining on her. It had became smaller, and smaller, and more narrow as she ran away from it. It was a reminder at how she always tried to run from her problems and responsibilities. The responsibility of going through her declarations of being a ninja, the constant problem on how she would live her life out of honesty of what she really wanted to do, and running away from home, period. Who could blame her on all of those? She was weak, pathetic, and her enemy always intimidated her to the point where she’d leave something precious behind. What could she do?
“I couldn‘t ha- I couldn‘t have stayed and fight! Could I not?” she had let her statement she had told herself all this time now become an unsure question in her mind as she kept running within the darkness. She had continued to run as she had ended up going to one of the darkest parts of the forest where barely nothing was seen. She had made a worried expression. She wanted to panic and break down. Things always chased her into the darkness: fear, agony, suffering. She did nothing, she just let it guide her there.
She had looked down to her legs and her feet that were becoming blistered from all the running as she coul dsee the swelling by mind‘s eye. She had started to slow her pace as she had blinked. “All I done was run, and the only thing I‘ve gotten was leg strength that‘ll make me run some more!” she had said as she had whipped around turning on her heel and then zipping to the right in a pace that was still incomplete, but it had became almost more faster as she had stood there catching herself almost falling over from the speed she zipped from the boar’s path as it began to catch up. She had lifted her head narrowing her eyes towards the direction of the beast.
“I won’t run anymore. I can do this!” she had said as she lowered her posture and eyed the boar, even though she couldn’t see it, as she had slid along the dirt coming to a halt since it was about to charge deeper into the forest on a Disani clear path. They now locked eyes as the beast started to kick up dust with it’s hooves preparing to attack once more.

The ground was being trampled once more with rough hooves that were like diamonds. The charging beast had seemed like it only grew larger than what the kunouichi could handle as it had gotten closer. Her hands gripped her pole as she readied to strike. When was unclear, as well as how, she knew she had to attack. It got closer as it let out another swine like cry, Disani reacted as she raised her pole and then cried out desperately as she brought it down with a quick smash against the beast’s snout with the farthest reach to stop as it started to slide across the ground with Disani in the way. She braced as she had raised her pole only being knocked back, but it was only a little since the beastly boar’s speed declined greatly.
She had panicked long before she had fallen back and the beast went into a frenzy from the unpleasant attack. Disani took it as a moment to try to get away. Her back was hurting so she almost barely made it up the tree as she started to leap from branch to branch returning the way from wince she came. She had a smile on her face seeing the beast kick around in agony upon realization. “I did it! I stopped it from attacking and stood my ground!” she had said, but it wasn’t long before her foot had stamped the next tree, this one shook even more as she had lost her balance and started plummeting to the ground.
She was saved. She landed on something that broke her fall. Something big, warm, and pretty furry. She had felt it’s black fur as she gasped and then fallen off it’s back. Before she knew it, she was being stared down by another boar and this one had a scar over it’s eye and had a mean expression. “Oh no! Not another one!” she said as she stood up about to run the other way. She had only found herself cornered by the returning boar from before as it seemed upset. The situation looked grim once again. She swallowed as she had stood there with her mouth pared in horror wondering which one would make the first move.

There it goes. The sound of the hooves had sounded off trampling the ground making Disani react in a quick dodge dropping back as the beast had quickly passed by, but at the other side, the next boar charged as she leapt forward. She had sighed, but as soon as she did the first boar charged again and she found herself tossing her body back again to get out the way. It was stressing. She had to go back and forward like she was trying to dodge traffic. Her day of training was far from exactly what she wanted it to be from. She felt so useless right now. It was just plain scary that no one would come and save her. Yet, that’s what she always hoped for. “Renima-sensai…” she had yelped a bit amongst all the dodges..
”I‘m so scared…that‘s all I can do is run and dodge, and I can‘t fight back, I‘m so useless!” she had thought as she gritted her teeth in horror at her childish fear. ”I can‘t even face up and try to hold my ground against a couple of swine. All I can do is run back and forth, and skipping from left to right like I‘m some kind of raccoon dodging a stampede!” she had thought wanting to curse at her pathetic attempts until it seemed like time stopped around her as realization had sparked within her mind.
”Wait a minute!” she had thought as she had kept moving. She had kept skipping to and fro in the directions as she had smiled at the thought of imagining herself skipping between the paths of the boar. When she puts it together and can see herself alone doing this, she was doing her training all over again. The only thing was, she just needed to add chakra to the recipe like it was water.
”That‘s it! I‘m training!” she thought as she continued to smile, this time dodging as if it wasn’t of no concern as the ground shook from the constant charges showing her the beastly boars like they were obstacles in her training. ”I got it! Let‘s do it!” she had thought to herself ready to complete her training.

Disani had leapt to and fro, bit by bit she was like a pendulum swaying in motion as she move so swiftly. She had then leapt forward twice as she dashed avoiding both attacks and stick her feet to the tree’s bark with her tree climbing jutsu. She had smiled as she could see both of them from above by their vibrations. They readied to charge once more, but she didn’t give them chance to shake the tree. She had leapt from the bark coveted wood and then had started to descend as if she was in slow motion. Both of the boar? They were preparing to sandwich Disani with an attack from both sides as their hooves struck the ground about to crush her body from the impact the moment she landed. Her body had whirled through the area freely as her eyes were closed with little worry.
The bore had began their charging timing carefully to smash Disani during her complete landing. “I can do this!” Disani had said as she had toe touched the ground, and at that very second, she concentrated her chakra to her feet with that last second was riding her life. “Sunshin no Jutsu!” she said thought as she had kicked off quickly zipping into the air and up to a tree branch that was in distant grasp. As she flew up, she heard a crash and grasped the tree branch in success. After doing so, she had stared down back to the ground below her and she saw it, the pitiful sight of the two boars that had knocked themselves out, putting themselves out of commission.
“I knew I could!” she said as she let go and descended back to the Earth landing on the head of one of the boars. She had dusted herself off as she retracted her Pole and slid it in it’s loop holster.
Disani had then smiled and then bowed her head towards the two knocked out wild beasts and chiming a word saying, "Thank You!" She then spun on her heel used her Sunshin no Jutsu zipping through the forest as she headed back to the village. She had leapt to a tree top as she started to use the technique there was well like it was a quick bridge to the village that she was proud to have.
